The hotel does not have air conditioning, our room at night was 77 degrees. We did not sleep all night due to the heat heat in the room.

My room had poor toilet maintenance. It had an ammonia like smell which may have come from unclean, reused cleaning materials from other rooms and the shower head seems to be a bit loose leaving it dangling and spraying everywhere - the hotel management was made aware of this and they offered us a new room. Other than that, the room it self had beautiful furnishings, design, and a great view of the oriental tower! The hotel staff were also very friendly and generous; they offered us drinks such as coffee, water, and tea anytime free of charge. I would definitely stay here again!

Avoid this hotel.. Guest smokes on room and staff will not do anything to stop it. To save electricity, they set the AC at 28 degrees with no windows that can be opened to allow ventilation..

I liked the concierge desk, which was very helpful during my stay — finding my way around the city, how to take the metro, getting taxi for me. Thanks to Val, Frank, and everyone manning the doors and helping with our baggages. You filled in the language gaps (I don’t speak Chinese) and made our life easier.

Our room was at 31 floor and its window area was leaking. Also the room was not bright enough.
We had stayed at various IHG properties and I think the room standard is not as good as others.
