I wanted to cancel the stay at least 10-20 days ahead of time, but they refused to refund me at all. It's robbery. It's a running downhill brand name, they seems to have finance problems. Because they will grad any penny you paid ahead and not refund for whatever reason you have.

The staff cleaning our room is passionate about her work. She folded a little cow using towels to cheer us up, which is excellent and out of our expectation. For the hotel location, since it’s in 4th ring in Beijing, which is far from city centre, it will be good to have shuttle bus to city centre to facilitate tourists.

I was in email contact before our trip, and they helped with transportation from the train station, made dinner reservations, and helped with taxis for our large group when we went out. The front desk was always friendly and accommodating, everyone spoke English very well.

The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, bright, and clean, and offered a nice view of a park and some interesting architecture. My only major complaint was that there was still a smell of new furniture/renovation materials. We had our own AQI measuring device, and while the AQI inside the room was very good (5-10, compared to 180 outside), formaldehyde levels were always at the "unsafe" reading (0.10-0.20). When I told the staff about the smell, they provided us with an air purifier, but this didn't do much to get rid of the smell or drop the levels in question down. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again for a short-term stay.
