Always awesome. This trip shift manager Lillian was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. In the cafe Miu is always extremely friendly and helpful. Of course at front desk, night manager Javin is the best in the business. She always anticipates my needs and never falls short. Ever

I was so pleasantly surprised to find my favorite front desk clerk (Javin) waiting to serve me at check-in. She is always the highlight of my visits to Foshan Intercontinental! As always (when she is able) she upgraded me to a superb room. Javin always makes my stays here just a little more pleasant! The hotel the entire staff are world class. Take it from someone who knows. I’ll take 5 international trips this year but the intercontinental Foshan is always consistently number one for me in service, food service and atmosphere. The dining staff and restaurants are also consistently number one. The know my preferences and go absolutely out of their way to ensure all my needs are met. This property excels in every way. I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area was not maintained well. I will stay in this hotel again but not using the swimming pool.

I have stayed in this property close to 30 nights this year. This time I received an upgrade to a superior suite. The consierge manager Tony and desk clerk Javon were especially kind and exceptionally helpful this trip. Front desk clerk Minky also particularly nice. Really enjoyed my stay. The main attraction was the outdoor pool and on arrival found out the pool would be closed the following day so very disappointed and the Chinese to English translation had the wrong dates so confusing. After establishing the pool Wouk be closed the hotel did offer a room upgrade which was appreciated. Very nice stay. Staff corrected the translation.

Rooms were very outdated. Booked a club room and it was no better than a standard room. Was on a non-smoking floor but rooms and corridors still smelt like stale smoke. Air-con is in the rooms but doesn't seem to change the temperature, we found the entire hotel to be extremely hot. Lots of the cardio machines in the gym were out of use during our visit and the gym was unbearably hot (even at 5am).
