Convenient location. Helpful staff. Breakfast okay. A bit archaic though.

The Chinese restaurant and breakfast buffet were good, with breakfast being a mix of western and Chinese food.The property was about 5 minutes walk to the water. Comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff were unhelpful and had no street maps or English tour brochures. The room had a slight musty spell on arrival on level 12 but with the air conditioning running 24 hours the smell disappeared.

The room was beautiful but the staff delayed us for check in bc they couldn't coordinate with Expedia to validate my booking. It should have been enough that I showed them confirmation but they still asked me to pay and pay a deposit. They only confirmed my booking days after I left. The worst part was that I had to call Expedia on international rates and then when Expedia called them, they would hear English and hang up and then pretend no sound was coming until I forced them to use speaker phone. I had to procure a translator and this delayed me from a 12am check in to 1am. I had to check out by 5 so I barely got sleep and they offered me breakfast but of course breakfast wasn't until 7, by which time I left. The room was amazing but honestly the check in was very frustrating and the man was very disrespectful to me simply because I was a foreigner and bc Expedia is slightly less common for him. I would recommend this room and the very soft bed but expect poor service from staff unless you are Chinese

Very very small toilet. I’m 155cm 50kg and the toilet only fits 1 me. Imagine typical toilet size in Japan. Ridiculous.

Unexpected free Chinese buffet breakfast. Room spacious. Lights dull. Bedding a little moist bcos region humid. Located near a Chinese restaurant ranked 3rd in that area. Picked up cigarettes & sweat smell residues. Still good value for money.

Overall it’s a nice place to stay. Easy access to Macau border and also at the central of the underground shopping mall. Travelling to these area is just 5 to 10 mins away. Awesome hotel. Good experience.

去珠海都會入住的酒店，地點價錢都好

(1) Room is spacious and clean. (2) Hotel is distant from 'downtown'. (3) Room was nice and not noisy.

前台服務差，給了我一間未收拾好的房間，房間內的燈制壞，退房時等了超過15分鐘，房間內的雪櫃不夠凍...

不知所謂，預訂了去到酒店説沒收到！

離關閘近服務態度佳，西式早餐可以增加蛋糕類。

房間可接受，有停車場，海景房間算是見到海，但前面有幾座大樓阻擋，比較舊些，冷氣溫度太高，不能自已調節。

中国語が出来ない人は絶対泊まってはダメです。スタッフ誰も英語ができないのでチェックインからトラブルです。

從拱北關口行過來約10分鐘,而且酒店很近步行街,約7分鐘路程.房間舒適及較闊落,包免費自助早餐,食物種類包括中式早餐,粉麵,煎蛋,西式麵包及水果等.飲品有牛奶,豆漿,咖啡,橙汁及汽水等.

訂了非吸煙房，但前台給了吸煙房。味道接受不了要求換房，前台也很樂意幫我們更換，換了後的非吸吸煙房空氣清新得多了。可惜床太硬，地方都乾淨。 早餐的粉麵同即煎雞蛋的味道十分不錯！

WiFi 用不到，收得好差，而且經常斷線，同沒有wifi沒有分別。另外，收我很貴，500多，我再上網看才300多。

平平凡凡的一間酒店，比較舊。不會再考慮入住！

위치도 좋고 조식도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

床太軟，睡得好不舒適。酒店內清潔情況一般。服務人員態度還可，在國內以此價格並不相乎，早餐人太多好像搶吃一樣。
