I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!

I don't know how to express how much I liked my stay at Marriott hotel in Ningbo. Here I especially want to thank you Anthony(young man working at 39th floor Executive lounge) intern for his kindness,warmth and thoughtfulness throughout my stay.Anthony made this wonderful afternoon cake platter for guests. Also I want to thank you John in the Hotel Lobby(wearing grey color uniform / staff in chief) . He always put extra bottle water in my room which is very thoughtful. John's warm reception made me feel like home. Ningbo Marriott is the best. I definitely will recommend to all my friends.

The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi.
