Hotel is very nice, clean, helpful considering the price. Location is just 10 steps away from metro line 2 station. Which you can go to most popular places in Shanghai from line 2. Love it!!

This is the choice of the hotel every time when we go to Shanghai. It is in the great location where you have almost everything with easy access. The room is nice and clean, specially thanks to the cleaning lady for 11th floor, Ms. Xie! The front desk associates are friendly and helpful

The Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The Staff are all friendly, lovely and helpful. Especially JUDY. We has problem with DIDI and she took for us time and helped. Very lovely. Only WiFi in our room was bad. Really bad.

The guests services is the best, with the concierge men in lobby area.
What I didn't like, is the manager on the restaurant on 45 floor he was very arrogant and very root to me and my family!!,He doesn't reserve to be on the restaurant as manager.
