It is a great hotel and the service people are very nice and helpful. We had to cancel some days that we had booked already due to the family situation change, the front desk girl Celine helped us to process that and we are very grateful.

We had a room with beautiful view of Hehai when the staff knew we came to China to celebrate my husband's birthday.
Staff had been very helpful with info on restaurants and places of interest, directions, etc.
Housekeeper was responsive to our request to change bedsheet and pillow cases and she worked extremely well and fast.
Tim sum and other dishes in Shang Palace were yummy and commendable👍
Overall experience was excellent and will recommend to friends/families when they visit Tianjin!

This hotel was one of the best hotel we have stayed in. The people working there were courteous. I asked for a taxi and pointed out my destination address and the front lobbyist got on the phone and gave me the paper of the taxi's license plate and assured me the driver would take to the right destination. It was a breeze for non Mandarin speakers! Hotel room was nice and clean. There are two restaurants downstairs; but I did not get a chance to try them.

This is the hotel we like the best during the two week vacation in different cities of China. Excellent location with beautiful river view. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with many options. It would be nice if they could provide guests with the map of Tianjin.
