fantastic hotel. great location. my only complaint is they must have some mattress protector on the beds, they don't breathe well so i'm sweating at night. walking distance to the mall is also great.
and you get get a several mile walk in next to the river. very scenic and the boardwalk is right across from the hotel. highly recommended to take a walk at night.

This hotel looked very new. We stayed one night in a superior room. The room was very modern and had an excellent condition. We enjoyed staying there.
The only problem was that the hotel staff were not specialized. They may need more experience.

As a Japanese guest, I stayed at this hotel and had no issues with communication since most of the staff could speak English. They were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There was always someone at the front desk, which made me feel secure. A well located hotel not too far from the Airport, train station and the business districts of Hangzhou. Comfortable and good service as you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The gym would benefit from more gear, but you could still enjoy a reasonable workout. Breakfast was fresh.
