Have stayed here about 20 nights over multiple trips. Staff is great. They’ve helped me with things outside of scope, getting items, dealing with me as a solo traveler, etc. Pool, steam and sauna are nice. Gym gets the job done. Rooms are comfortable. I’ve stayed in all of them. Entry level is enough for most but have upgraded and been upgraded as well. Spa services are pricey but I’ve tried it a few times and it’s nice of course. Breakfast is best I’ve had in China. It’s probably best hotel I’ve stayed in my time.

We stayed an extra night due to the Typhoon. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The Chef Concierge Louis was extremely helpful.
