I didn’t like that we can’t have alcohol in the room.

Was here only briefly for business. The room is small but clean. Large bed was comfortable. Warm water made showering relaxing.

This hotel is a dump bad customer service no towels no good service

I´ve used this hotel for different friends before, all the time get the invoice (factura) was an issue, the accounting person was not there, people in the front desk dont know how to print the invoice, they were supposed to send it by mail... I had to call many times to get ir (sometimes I never got the thing). However location is convinient and hotel is OK. Last month I booked it for a friend, I received the charge on my credit card and my friend was asked to pay there again, I contacted Expedia, They have been trying for a week to get an answer from the hotel... Never got it, so we paid 2 times for the same room. Bad experience.

I arrived on day of reservation only to be told it was canceled. I was told that I was contacted that morning to inform me of cancelation and arrange alternate plans, but I was out of the country and did not have cell phone access. They told me they cancelled my reservation because a walk-in group arrived and had to give my 4 rooms to this group. I had made my reservation 2 months earlier. I had a large group of 8 adults and 8 children, one of who was 3 months old, and another 5 months pregnant. We had to wait 2 hours before they finally found another hotel for us. The new hotel was the same price and not the same quality as what I had booked online. I never expected a hotel to cancel someone's reservation the day of arrival. It was very inconsiderate and terribly rude. The manager came out and raised her voice at me telling me that she was trying to resolve the problem. Only the young man receptionist empathized with my frustration and remained respectful and kind. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel that cancels a reservation of 4 rooms for 16 people, on the morning of the reservation is not trusthworthy. I am even suprised this hotel is on expedia.

My stay was very unpleasant this time. Nothing seemed to go right. It started when there was only a deadbolt on the door. This is fine to lock the door when you're on the inside but almost impossible to lock when leaving because there's now way to hold onto the door to lock it. The was no handle of any type. Finally the last 3 hours of my 2 night stay a knob was added. There was never any hot water during my stay and 80% of my 2 day stay there was no water at all. I wasn't able to shower most of the time there. The room was very noisy with people dragging their luggage up the stairs as there's no elevator. I was told several times I would be brought towels but the next day had to search for them myself and almost steal some from the maids room. The room had sky lighting type openings in the ceiling but this is irritating as light comes through it during the night from automatic light sensors that are triggered on the next floor. I had a friend stop by at 11am to drop off my laundry and was told it would be 40,000 extra for them to come up or I could come down to reception and talk to them. Mind you this is just 2 hours before check out. I would never stay here again.

Location was overbooked and they had to move me to another hotel

El hotel está en remoledacion llegue y eso estaba demolido nadie por ahí necesito mi reembolso tengo fotos y pruebas para mostrar

Un comentario muy personal, el desayuno esta muy pobre, debe mejorar.

mi hanno fatto pagare una penale pari a circa il 70% del prezzo della camera perché ho portato una persona a dormire con me , senza fare colazione. Ma non avevo affittato una camera doppia?

El hotel es normal, indican que tiene parqueadero y no es verdad, los carros deben quedar parqueados en las afueras del hotel sobre el andén

es un hotel con buena relación precio, calidad. cerca a la universidad nacional de Colombia. Muy buena opción si vas para la Universidad. el desayuno no es el mejor pero es pasable. por este precio.

Las instalaciones en general se encontraban en buen estado sin embargo, las mucamas no realizaban adecuadamente la limpieza de la habitación y el baño. En el baño habían cucarachas a pesar de que nos cambiaron de habitación.

La verdad no fue una buena estadía, al principio en la reserva se muestra el hotel en el que uno se queda, incluso con la dirección del mismo, pero al llegar, dicen que no es ahí sino en el que queda a dos cuadras, como son tres hoteles que tienen alianza, se rotan entre ellos a ver quién tiene el cupo sin tener prioridad en la reserva inicial y por tanto cambian las expectativas del viaje. Además el personal no se ponía de acuerdo en la entrega de facturas, entrega de control del televisor, entre otras.

Ainda estou hospedado e super arrependido, péssimo serviço, água gelada, Check-in atrasou muito, tive que fazer troca de quarto porque o primeira estava sem condições de hospedagem.

Rated 3 but it is a 2 stars hotel. Everything is very basic from mattress, towels, breakfast and so on. They say that they provide an airport shuttle with small fees. My reality was they they call a taxi that I need to pay by myself !! After arguing, he said to call Expedia and they will send a shuttle...
