We took the junior suite with the sea view. We loved the breakfasts. Very friendly and attentive staff. This is a very clean, safe and quiet property. We will stay here again next time we’re in Cartagena.

A convenient location, a great rooftop pool, and a beautiful view are all advantages of this hotel. I felt like I was moving into an apartment rather than a hotel room because the rooms were clean and spacious. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends. If you are the person who needs coffee to wake up, you need to go to the buffet, coffee at the room is extra around $us. 1, per cup.

Property was great , room was very roomy. Two showers was a great benefit. Location was great and close to many dining options. Onsite restaurant was very tasty and had lots of options. The free breakfast was buffet and nicer than expected. I will definitely stay again and this will be my new spot anytime after m in Cartagena.

Convenient hotel located on Bocagrande (Cartagena Little Miami). Close to the beach, restaurants and bars, streets around are not well maintained, broken pavements and the hotel faces an abandoned construction building. Pool is ok but with ear pounding music all day, which makes it impossible to relax. Breakfast is subpar. Rooms are very spacious and feature comfortable beds and facilities. Overall: a tall building hotel in Bocagrande with large rooms and impersonal common areas

My girlfriend and I reserved a suite with a balcony the faced the ocean. It was an exceptional room. Living room 2 bathrooms and king size bed. The hotel was in a great location. My girlfriend and I sat on the balcony and watched the sunset while having some drinks. Will go back.

easy friendly efficient check in, nice room on 10th floor (no coffee machine this time), speedy lifts, balcony with table & 2 chairs. comfy bed, powerful A/C with working adjustments on wall, lots of hot water, fluffy towels, sachets of shampoo etc (how I miss those in European hotels). great breakfast with omelette station and evening meal in main restaurant good quality and value (although wine overpriced!). BUT major construction on beach in front with cranes, dumper trucks (beep beep), containers earth (sand) moving equipment etc. and still dilapidated buildings next door. overall enjoyed second visit but early morning wake up calls (beep beep) unwelcome

arrived by Uber around 14.30, quick friendly efficient check in with room available immediately. two extremely fast lifts sped me to the 17th floor where I was allocated a huge room with two double beds, lots of space & storage space and A/C of the first order which kept the room at an ambient temperature for the entire stay. coffee machine & cup but no pods (buy at reception) but worked well without pods using t bags & coffee sachets. lovely view of beach, sea & sunset to right but dilapidated condo to the left (actually good as nobody could overlooked balcony). nice pool but limited shade but major construction with crane & sheds at sea side so access to beach unimpressive (& rental umbrella & bedchairs expensive at 50,000pesos a day).
nice bar & restaurant with reasonable prices (wine good value) & food quality also above average. plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. Uber to Old Town 3 USD or so. Uber to airport around 25,000. left case while away in Leticia without problem at 4am. thoroughly recommended
