The food was amazing!! The staff were always so helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and did I mention the food? AMAZING!!

I stayed at an all-inclusive resort that delivered an exceptional vacation experience, marked by top-tier service and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with a smile and attending promptly to any requests. The food was another highlight — a diverse selection of freshly prepared meals at the buffet, with options ranging from local specialties to international cuisine. Chef Jiminez is truly talented and came out to greet its guests. The resort’s location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from the ocean, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Mornings were perfect for peaceful strolls along the shore, while afternoons were packed with fun (kayaks/swimming/jetski rental). Activities for all ages included board games, billiard, ping pong, obstacle course on the tree, 2 huge swings, bonfire. This resort is great for families, couples, elderly and solo travelers. One area where the resort could use some improvement is its infrastructure. While everything was clean and well-maintained, some buildings and common areas felt a bit dated and in need of renovation. A few minor repairs and upgrades to facilities like the pool deck and gym would elevate the overall experience significantly. Will definitely come back!

Although it’s a three-star hotel, the stay was wonderful. The place is cosy and very intimate. The staff were super nice and welcoming. Everything was clean, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great place for the value. Good location, clean, quiet and good service. The staff was very attentive. The food was good. It’s not an upscale resort but that is not what I paid for. Good place for families.

Overall I had a great stay. Food was amazing. Great location. Lots of activities for families. Only disappointment was that my mini fridge was only restocked 2 of the 5 days I was there.

Nice hotel, good staffing

I recently stayed here with my family. The staff were all extremely kind and attentive. 10/10 for them! The food was delicious with a variety to pick from. Probably the best all inclusive food I’ve had. The resort itself can use some updating. There’s broken tiles throughout the resort, pool is dirty, soap scum in the shower.

Ocean, nature, and food were amazing!

The emvironment was good. Some staff were very friendly, especially Kendy in the dining area. A/C worked.

Fresh and diverse food every day. Clean and great service. Very private beach and felt very welcoming.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation Experience! We just returned from the most incredible stay at CC Beachfront Papagayos in Costa Rica, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Everyone spoke both English and Spanish, which made communication so easy and welcoming. They were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. One of the biggest highlights was the food! As a family with picky eaters, we were a little nervous, but the all-inclusive dining truly exceeded our expectations. Our kids were thrilled to be able to order their favorites chicken strips, fries, wings, pizza at any time, and the kitchen happily made it happen with no hesitation. The quality and flavor of the food was excellent for both kids and adults alike. A special shout-out to Kande, our incredible waitress and host throughout our stay. She was absolutely amazingattentive, kind, and always one step ahead when it came to taking care of our boys. Her presence made mealtimes smooth, stress-free, and even fun. She truly made our vacation even more memorable. The beachfront location, the friendly atmosphere, and the genuine care we received made this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We’re already talking about going back. Highly recommend CC Beachfront Papagayos to any families looking for an easy, beautiful, and relaxing getaway!

On the beach, close to the airport, plenty of food options, big pool, safe and super quiet at night - a special shout out for Anita at the front desk who helped with a driver and an in room massage !!

The property is beautiful. We walked on the beach every morning with coffee. The pools were nice and staff was very nice and attentive. A variety of food choices would have been nice. Breakfast didn’t change much. Lunch and dinner were ok. Costa Rica is amazing!!

Beautiful quiet place to stay. Could use a few upgrades here and there but other than that absolutely fantastic. Staff was amazing, Christian, Gerald, Joshua, Danny, Alexandra, Jimeana! Booking excursions through the hotel was amazing and everything was fantastic. Super safe!

Hello, the staff provides very poor service. The rooms have poor hot water, flies are in their food, they differentiate between nationals and foreigners, they charge too much for poor treatment from the staff from the moment you arrive, you have to nag them to get them to serve you.They don't explain how the food service works...it's a beach hotel and they don't let you wear a bathing suit and there's no sign about the clothing problem!

Great, small, and affordable hotel. The staff was amazing along with all the food. Easy access to the beach and only about 25-30 minutes away from local actitivities and attractions.
