Amazing staff and property. Felt very safe and comfortable. Really enjoyed the room. Location is a bit far from the city center but very close to train stop so you can just take the train maybe 15 mins to city center. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property. Everything that is needed has been provided. Nice breakfast to get the day started. All employees are very pleasant. The man that checked me in was extra kind and seemed to go above and beyond. Really appreciated that.

Everything was great. My only recommendation would be to install hooks near the door to hang coats in the winter months.Our last morning the heater worked too well in our room. I touched the thermostat to see what temperature it was set on and it continued to get hotter. I mentioned it at the desk and also mentioned about a small note above thermostat about not adjusting it. Everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed the room refrigerator for cooling drinks. I’d stay here again.

This hotel is excellent. Great location for coming by bus as it is near the bus station. It is also good when coming from the airport as there is a bus from the airport to the bus station. Superb breakfast (I liked that there was variety and portions were small sized so I could taste everything without wasting food). there is a tram to Banja Jelacica.
This hotel has single rooms which makes a perfect choice for solo travellers as they are cheaper.
Staff was very friendly.

I really disliked the room. It was TINY. Hardly any space to leave your things and the tv would be in the way of the wardrobe. The sink was tiny. Breakfast was the only thing that I liked and the staff were polite. glad I only stayed here for 1 night.
