Very excellent breakfasts. Although the staff did not speak English well they were eager to help.

We had a hard time finding it. The GPS sent us outside the city. When we got close the proprietor thankfully met us and showed us the way. He was most helpful.

Amazing stay! The rooms are so cute, new, and clean! Breakfast is prepared on the spot, and there are lots of great options... much better than a buffet sitting out all day. The staff was really kind and helpful as well!

The rooms here are lovely and spacious with a really nice bathroom, the breakfast was amazing with lots of lovely things that fill you up for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate here a couple of nights and the food was really deliciious and homemade with very generous portions. I can highly recommend Palma rooms.

The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was delicious and generous. The problem with this space is that it is over a restaurant which can be loud late into the night.

About a mile to the east of the centre of Split, a beautiful, bijoux sort of place. Large comfortable rooms with AC and huge bathroom, and a sumptuous breakfast. An absolutely great place to base ourselves for a couple of days befoe we moved on.

Fully enjoyed our stay at Palma Room. Charming, very clean and comfortable with a great restaurant. A 15 minuets walk to the center and away from the crowd

Wonderful stay at this B&B/Hotel. We spent two nights in a lovely, modern room fitted with two toilets, SMART TV, safe etc. We waited a little while to check in as nobody was at the reception desk and no call buzzer. But after venturing downstairs into the restaurant area, the staff were very polite and welcoming. We even got a little gift as we checked out! Breakfast was good too, and the staff very attentive. Loved it!

This little gem was a surprise. I was expecting smaller rooms but the rooms ended up being quite large and spacious. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the city center, but that works out best since it's not as touristy. Hotel guests get a discount at the restaurant downstairs too. The staff is awesome and I would definitely be back - it's a wonderful B&B style spot.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 10 day trip around Croatia. The outside doesn’t do it any justice. The reception area and room was spotless and very well presented. Facilities were excellent and the room which was a standard twin was more than adequate. I picked this as it had a restaurant and bar downstairs and was not disappointed. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and the meals were too. Was quite a busy restaurant during the day which looked like a lot of regulars using it too. We had the fish platter which was superb and very good value comparing to some of the restaurants in Split town. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The special part for me though was on leaving we were given an ornamental boat with Split and the name of the restaurant on. Not a cheap and tacky souvenir but something lovely to remember Palma Rooms by. Would highly recommend. A ten minute walk to a lovely beach and 25 minute walk to the promenade/harbour, plenty of buses though.

The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Modern, space and clean rooms with excellent bathrooms plus AC. The attached hotel restaurant offered great Croatian cuisine food and live entertainment.

When we arrived, firdt look at the property from outside felt more like a 2 star, but in all honesty, the staff, the room, the breakfast blee us out of this world. Even though the reception is small, but it is filled with little nicknack of things from all over the city. Free maps are given as well. Then you are escorted to your room. Rooms are pretty much all the same, however they dont have a bad smell at all. Very clean. Bathroom were spotless. About a ten minute walk there is a beach that a lot of the locals go to. To go to the city of Split you can hope a bus and pay 11kn per person or buy them in advance at a bus stop for 9kn per person and withen 12 minutes you are in Split. Then we had breakfast. We sat outside even though it is next to a parking lot, the amount of bushes and trees helped cover it up. She brought us water, orange juice, bread, cold cuts, cheese, figs and almonds, yogurt, ham and cheese omelettes, cappuccino, a tons of fresh fruits and if you want more it will keep coming. Jelena was our waitress. Very nice and courteous and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place. And if you drive they offer free parking.
