Excellent location, easy to find and not too far of a walk from the main bus terminal, leave the building walk across the street and your in Old Town, good value, Sandra made check in and communication was superb! Loved having a twin single room at a reasonable price! Thanks for a great stay in Spilt! Highly recommend

This was an amazing place, from the location to its staff it was perfect! Very clean Nice and cozy room Comfortable bed TV great Desk space great Bathroom clean and spacious Big spacious closet as well Sandra was amazing and super helpful. The hotel is steps from main shopping stores -super close to everything really. Only little thing is that other guests were extremely loud past midnight so I kept on waking up and it was annoying. It happened almost every day out of the 6 days that I stayed. If I return to Split, I would def book this place again!!!!

After booking, I received an email mentioning potential noise from a nearby club, but the booking was non-refundable, leaving no option to reconsider. The noise from the club was exceptionally loud, far beyond acceptable legal levels, and no earplugs were provided as promised. Additionally, a gym upstairs caused constant thumping noises throughout the day. The property itself felt outdated, with dirty walls, and linens stored in the reception area, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The mattress was worn out, and I had to place the kettle on the floor since there was no available plug at desk level. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

There was a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee etc with it, which was a bit disappointing. The room was pretty but I hadn't realised the building was above a type of club? We were told music would stop at 11pm, I think it was later than that but not too late and we only stayed one night so no biggie. The hotel were prompt in emailing us after booking to find out our flight, arrival time and ask if we had transport arranged, they booked us a taxi to meet us at the airport, which after a late and delayed flight was really appreciated! Also there was a lovely cleaning lady who rushed after us when we had forgotten a few items. The location seemed very good too

The stay itself were good. The original hotel was overbooked so we had to move to another hotel. This was'nt really a big hassle since it was only 5 minutes away, and the hotel standard in the new hotel was also better. But I would prefer to know in advance instead of knowing that we had been moved when we arrived. The staff was friendly and showed us where the new hotel was.

This is a great location, never more than 5 mins walk from anywhere in the old town. The rooms are simple but clean, solid and has everything you could need. Air con great, very quiet. As others mentioned, on Friday and Saturday nights the pub downstairs finishes at 2am, but we were out until then anyway and the other nights it is offered to move us to another upgraded hotel if the noise would be an issue but we didn’t. It really was great. I was travelling with friends but wouldn’t happily take my wife back (who has exacting standards).

It is 150 metres from the old city, there is now view from the ground floor. The rooms are great with a very large bed. An excellent shower in a very good bathroom. The maid service is very good as is the reception. There is a disco next door that was very loud in our room, but it starts at 21:00 and stops at 23:00 on the dot. I would stay at this hotel again.

The Villa Olea Hotel is in a great location - basically 5 minutes from every where. The room was very nice, clean, well furnished, nice private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning worked well - and it was hot when we stayed there. The price was competitive. We would have preferred breakfast being provided. The staff was helful, accommodating and spoke English.

The property was in very close proximity to all the major sites and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean. All rooms are on the first level and beneath them is a Bar that operates until 11.20 ish each night. The music and noise from the bar was very loud. We were exhausted from our activities and the noise did not bother us. There is no parking for the villa but we were able to park at a public garage within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel.

This was the best deal in Split for a wonderful location. Room very clean and strong AC. Only thing you should note is the office is not 24 hours so if you arrive past 10pm you must inform them so they can arrange to meet you. Also, leaving the bag at the hotel they stay til around 2pm so you may need to put in other storage facility after. With al this, still great deal considering other hotels much pricier!
