Poor infrastructure, sidewalks, abandoned properties. If you are thinking of a posh area, Ayia Napa is the wrong place.

Highly recommended, very clean, modern, excellent quality to price. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Tasty breakfasts. Placed very close to the touristic center where all the action happens. I don’t see any downsides, really enjoyed my stay, definitely will come back in the future.

Great that the associated restaurant next gives you discount as a guest, as the food is amazing.
We were half board which is catered by the neighbouring hotel which served fairly standard food.

Ideal spot - close enough to be near the restaurants and bars but far enough away not to be disturbed by all night noise. Plus the double glazing is excellent! Lovely clean hotel, fabulous staff in all areas, really friendly in the bar and remembered our family when they came for a second evening. Would recommend to anyone.

I liked the size of the room, its basic but modern decor and the half board option. We ate at Anmaria hotel which is just over the road and could use their facilities for free too. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The only downfall is that there is no sandy beach nearby.

Generally cannot say one bad thing about this hotel, beautiful interior in lobby areas, rooms were super modern and large and stunning views from the balcony
