Excellent stay. Clean, well kept. Beautiful lobby. Wide selection of foods for breakfast. Rooms are a little small if you want a window.

When I check in the room both bed sheets have several hairs and dirty . I have to ask the house keeper to change them.

Very smartly presented, cleanliness was more than 5 stars. Breakfast choices were fantastic. We had a lovely room. Overall, more than 5 stars.

Room so small wouldn’t be able to swing a cat, I imagine this is what it’s like to be in prison, no window - and just big enough to fit a bed.

The location is OK. I got an early check in which was lovely. The AC is very weak and it is central which means those of us whose body runs hotter are going to have miserable nights at this hotel.

Our family had two separate stays at this hotel. The first, on May 26, was pleasant: clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, and convenient luggage storage. Based on that, we looked forward to returning on June 4—but were deeply disappointed. We were assigned Room 108, which initially seemed great for a family of three. But the air conditioning wasn’t working, and despite visits from maintenance and front desk staff, the issue remained unresolved. When we returned from dinner, the room temperature had risen to 29.4°C (85°F). No other rooms were available. The only solution was one small fan and a suggestion to sleep with street-level windows open—which let in loud city noise and posed security concerns due to the lack of screens. We had no real choice but to try to sleep in a hot, stuffy, noisy room. It was a miserable night. Staff offered breakfast as a gesture, but that didn’t adequately address the discomfort. I requested a refund afterward, but was only offered a 15% discount on a future stay—which is of no use, as we are international travelers with no plans to return. In short: our second experience fell far below a four-star standard. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice accommodation. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance to downtown. Only a 10 minute or less walk from the train station.

This is a bit of a unique property. The good - location, bed comfort, shower is nice.quiet hotel. The meh - feels like an ibis type hotel, basic. Only shampoo and soap provided, breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Same items each day. The bad - no waters supplied. Room didn’t have a couch or a desk although it was a room I selected. For the price if you want a basic accommodation it works. from the outside it looks 5 stars and inside 3. Next time I think I will spend a little more and get better accommodations.

Small but well appointed room was only staying for one night so only needed a place to sleep really as was out of the room for most of the time. Great location clean and comfortable bed only slight draw back tv didn’t work but just connected my iPad.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Prague Main Station. You can get the AirPort Express bus to and from here. 10 minutes into Old Town. We did everything by walking i.e. old town, lesser town, Charles bridge, Prague castle, Jewish quarter, rotating head. Staff very friendly and nice. Great bathroom, shower and huge tv with YouTube.

Nice hotel located near main train station. Rooms too warm and beds/ pillows not so comfy but a nice interior. Breakfast has a good choice . We asked for an iron and had to chase it up 4 hours later and carry the iron and board to the room ourselves

The staff were incredibly friendly - there wasn’t a single problem they couldn’t help solve with a smile! Good room and location especially for the price. Overall very positive experience.
