The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel design was nice, including some great little working spaces and common areas. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and polite. I needed to break up a long trip into two legs and this was the perfect place to spend a night between two flights - incredibly convenient from the airport, comfortable, affordable. Definitiely would come back.

Easy walk through the covered walkway from the airport and very close to Metro line at the airport location which makes going into Copenhagen very convenient. We really appreciate the signage from the airport, it's very easy to find the hotel!

This is a great place to stay if you have very low expectations and just need a place to sleep that is close to the airport. Nothing about the hotel is impressive - the service of the staff is disappointing and with every question we asked, we were treated like we were bothering them. The room was tiny, uncomfortably designed, and didn’t have even basic necessities. The luggage storage was alarmingly unsecured and we ended up carrying a lot more with us all day because they seemed to be letting anyone who asked into the storage room and it had zero method of labeling or tracking who was dropping off or picking up which items. Breakfast was basic but fine, except both coffee machines being broken (honestly one of the only reasons we wanted breakfast). Overall it was convenient for our purposes but if I needed to pay $240 for one night, I hope to get a little more than the bare minimum.

The hotel was just what was needed for an early flight. We were able to drop our rental car at the rental return centre the night before and get the shuttle back to the hotel. The terminal was within easy walking of the hotel. It was basic but clean and quiet. Would use again.

This is all about location.
This Hotel is new, modern, very close to the terminal building. You can reach the lobby (through the Clarion) without even going outside.
Bed is comfortable, they have a basic food offering, no fridge in the room, and you are close to the airport shops and the metro station

I was disappointed with my stay here. Some of the staff were rude, and the rooms were much smaller than expected. Breakfast was also underwhelming. I eventually moved next door to the Clarion Hotel, which offered much better service, bigger rooms, and a far more enjoyable experience overall.
