Good hotel. A bit expensive but overall fine

The room was not up to standard for 300€\night hotel. The deposit of luggage’s is to be paid.

We were "bumped" for a roll away bed even though I had booked two nights for 3 adults! There was only one double bed in the room and they charged me an extra $95 for a roll away for the 3rd person. Did they expect that person to sleep on the hardwood floor? This was completely a bogus charge. Travelocity agreed with me but also sided with Cromwell as they did not reverse the charge. To date there is no reconciliation of this. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and newer and easy to jump the metro from, which is why I chose it in the first place.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is great. Wonderful location: with the metro train station a 2 min walk from the lobby, hypo-allergenic bedding available, amazing staff, and wonderful lounge options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice experience

When I checked-in the hotel which I reserved from hotels.com indicating it has air conditioning and a kettle in the room, when I arrived the lady at the front desk informed us there is no air conditioning nor a kettle. We had to accept the room because we had no other option and she promised she will try at least to provide a kettle in the room, when we went to have a tour she transferred us to her supervisor "Benjamin" I asked him to support us and provide a kettle in the room, he insisted that it is not the hotel responsibility, I told him it is promised by your distributor and that he should show some responsibility towards us, he was very bold and stubborn and didn't offer any solution or substitution to satisfy us.

Excelent hotel located out of the core, close to cruisers. No complaints. I'll stay here again

The air conditioning was very bad and the beds were very small siz !

Hotel is good, staff not so friendly, parking for one night was ridiculously expensive (US $32). Bedside lamp was not working and reception staff told us we had to call some place to fix it. What??? There was not even phone in the room. Weird that they expect international travelers to pay a huge fee for international call to have someone to fix things in the room. I thought it was the hotel's obligation to fix things and make sure everything is functioning properly.

Our room was clean and of good size. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and filled with everything you would want for breakfast.

Loved how close metro was and the surrounding area near the water with restaurants and playgrounds

Otel lobisi, kahvaltisi, odası çok basariliydi. Otelde bagaj muhafazası için para aliniyor bu pek hoş degil. Konum ulasim kullanacaksaniz metronun dibi bu mukemmel 15- 20 dakikada merkezde her yere varabiliyorsunuz.

Love this place. Quite neighborhood 2mins walk to station. Room was very clean.

Always always stay at this hotel which is quite often. The showers are terrible in the room because the water pressure is horrible and there is no shower curtain or anything to block the water from going everywhere else in the bathroom including all over the toilet. Other than the fact that you can never find a window to book the cleaning you need you have to do in advance it's not about place but if I had the choice and there were something else in the area I'd probably choose to stay there. However it's a great place to work because of the co-working area down below. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired because it's never really fantastic service but everywhere else in the hotel it's fairly decent.

We had a comfortable stay, excellent location for touring the city. Lovely breakfast- the front office and bar staff were particularly helpful.

The Comwell was a complete disappointment. As you walk in and you look at the vast lobby, you may think you are in a five star hotel but once you arrive at your room, you will find out that only offers meager amenities. In the room, they only have one nightstand on one side of the bed and it is a simple, small round table. My husband had to use the chair on the desk as a nightstand to put his CPAP machine because the hotel could not provide an additional small nightstand. We also had an issue with the thermostat of the room The room never cooled to 21.5° which is the temperature at the hotel has set it up. when we told the front desk about the situation. They sent a repair guy and they claim that the issue was resolved but the temperature in the room never went down to 21 Celsius And we had to sleep every night with the window open. In the bathroom, they only offer shower gel in the shower and hand soap on the sink and nothing else. we found the height of the bathtub very high, which made it difficult to come in and out of the bathtub. They do not offer a small refrigerator in the room. They do not offer a complementary bottle water in the room, instead, they encourage people to drink water from the faucet. Well, the faucet had a layer of minerals encrusted which made it unsightly and unappealing to refill your water bottle from that sink. The breakfast buffet have high quality items, but the employees are rude: you ask them a question and they answer on a snappy and curt rep

Great location right by the metro so easy to get into busy sections but feels quieter at night. Would definitely stay again!
