The hotel is very nice and a lovely place to stay. Very conveniently next to a metro station that will take you into central Copenhagen. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is close to the metro station and good view of water.Stylish rooms. The worst part of this experience was check in and Breakfast. We booked 2 rooms and we could do check in until 15.40 and then at 16.05 for the 2nd room.(check in time was max.15.00 !! Breakfast was totaly disaster!! Too many people, long lines for everything, even for coffee. Most product havent been replaced!! So we couldnt even taste most of them !!

We were "bumped" for a roll away bed even though I had booked two nights for 3 adults! There was only one double bed in the room and they charged me an extra $95 for a roll away for the 3rd person. Did they expect that person to sleep on the hardwood floor? This was completely a bogus charge. Travelocity agreed with me but also sided with Cromwell as they did not reverse the charge. To date there is no reconciliation of this. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and newer and easy to jump the metro from, which is why I chose it in the first place.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is great. Wonderful location: with the metro train station a 2 min walk from the lobby, hypo-allergenic bedding available, amazing staff, and wonderful lounge options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice experience

When I checked-in the hotel which I reserved from hotels.com indicating it has air conditioning and a kettle in the room, when I arrived the lady at the front desk informed us there is no air conditioning nor a kettle. We had to accept the room because we had no other option and she promised she will try at least to provide a kettle in the room, when we went to have a tour she transferred us to her supervisor "Benjamin" I asked him to support us and provide a kettle in the room, he insisted that it is not the hotel responsibility, I told him it is promised by your distributor and that he should show some responsibility towards us, he was very bold and stubborn and didn't offer any solution or substitution to satisfy us.

Hotel is good, staff not so friendly, parking for one night was ridiculously expensive (US $32). Bedside lamp was not working and reception staff told us we had to call some place to fix it. What??? There was not even phone in the room. Weird that they expect international travelers to pay a huge fee for international call to have someone to fix things in the room. I thought it was the hotel's obligation to fix things and make sure everything is functioning properly.
