Arrived very wet after hours in a gale travelling from Bremerhaven by motorcycle, bar staff were great and knowledgeable about the beers he had, food was buffet style but good, staff were friendly. Didn’t see Kolding at all as weather was so bad. Good breakfast as well

Godt hotel kun 20 min gang fra togstationen. Meget venlig og smilende personale. Vi rejste med vores søn på 1,5 og fik en fin lille gavepose til ham ved check-in. Der er også et større mødelokale udstyret med lego og legedyr, samt swimmingpool med legetøj. Generelt et børnevenligt hotel.
Restaurant på hotellet har en mindre men god menu, dog til den dyre side. Udvalg ved morgenmadsbuffet er super.
Hotellet har valgt at der som regel ikke gøres daglig rent på værelserne, hvilket er en ganske god idé. Så skal man ikke frabede rengøring, hvis der ikke er behov - man kan bare bestille når der er behov.
Fra den negative side, var der ingen gulvvarme på badeværelset, hvilket mindsker komfort, især om vinteren.
Derudover er der kun en lille skraldespand på badeværelset, da der forventes, at gæsterne sorterer deres affald ude på gangen, hvor der er større spande.
Generelt, kan jeg godt anbefale hotellet og overnatter der gerne igen.

On check in, learned that both the restaurant and pool were closed. The 2 reasons we picked this hotel. No information prior to booking/arrival about this. Hotel refused any form of refund/compensation. Poor customer service. Room was fine and staff pleasant otherwise.

- No AC. There was a small table fan in the room that didn’t help in 36°C. We were sweating during the night.

Morgenmad rigtig god og fint værelse men ingen conditioner og en næsten tom shampo/body soap.
Mangler også body lotion
Sauna virkede slet ikke og helt mørk uden mulighed for at tænde. Bookede hotel pga mulighed for at svømme og sauna tidligt fra 6 men det kræver at en tænder for sauna og sikrer der ikke kun er koldt vand i bruser.
Ellers fint hotel og rigtig god mad

Fint værelse, god seng, meget stille i området, super service. Badeværelset var lidt småt, og jeg bruseforhæng. Og der var bruseforhæng. Plus for et rigtigt dampstrygejern.
