Large room and huge bathroom. Really clean hotel. No tea/coffee in room but otherwise fine. Nice bedding. Area around was nice but very few bars or eateries other than the hotel.

More of a private room than a hotel. The bathroom/toilet was not clean upon arrival, there is no soap, no mini fridge, no pen or paper, no phone, etc. It’s almost shocking that towels are provided.

This hotel has a nice name, but that's where it stops. Full of tradesmen and vans everywhere, very basic hotel, breakfast is a joke. Don't bother booking it, there is a supermarket across the road. Doors bang very loud and plumbing is also very loud. If your on vacation, go somewhere else. Otherwise only use if you must.

Been traveling around the Europe about 3 weeks, this is by far the best one we have stayed with given the similar price range we paid. Price is reasonable, room is clean, staff are very nice. I guess it is not within the city center, but the train service is convenient. So the location is not an issue to us.

When making the reservation the two tiered type of rooms were not mentioned. When asked the reception admitted to the lower standard rooms. a hotel that tries to sell itself was international hotel in Copenhagen area without the basic television services is clearly lacking a perspective of what it is offering. personnel at the front desk should be given primary training of how to do their job. Probably correct to change this site to apartments.

The hotel was nice and well located. However, the room was exceptionally warm with no air conditioning available. When trying to drain the bath the first evening the water came up through the drain in the bathroom floor. When I told the person at reception he told me it was an issue they had in some rooms - and I was just to drain the bath a bit at a time! I would have expected maintenance to come up or to be given a different room. Because the room was so warm we had to keep the patio door open all night. The Saturday night had blaring music until around 2am - which is fine if that’s your thing - but not if you’re trying to sleep. The room did not have a kettle so had to go downstairs every time I wanted a cup of tea. The open spaces in the hotel were very nice and you are just across the road from the beach which was nice. Staff were generally helpful (apart from the drain issue).

Generally hotel is a period well designed hotel of quality but is suffering a little. It needs a little refresh in some areas eg there is air on but not on. Probable cause of this is current owners want to redevelop, presumably to make a few kroner. A real shame if this happens as it’s a lovely period hotel right next to the beach. Get there while you still can
