Nice staff, great location, spacious room. Tiny bathroom, no safe or fridge and also no wi fi in my room (fifth floor) unless I waked down the corridor to the lift area!

Very nice hotel with a great location and good staff. Walking distance to most everything.

Stayed post Ironman Copenagen. Booked this hotel due to its Spa, however although not communicated on hotel page, it is additional cost to use (£40) so a little frustrated with the advert for the hotel not making this clear. Stay otherwise was good, nice lobby area, friendly helpful staff and great location near to Metro and 10-15 min walk into centre. Also great route for a run around the nearby Copenhagen lakes.

A fun place to stay in a wonderful location. Room was quite small, and the shower took up the entire bathroom. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the street a bit we needed windows open because it was quite warm. Staff were great and lobby area is very nice and inviting.

Nice boutique hotel. Online check-in and digital room key on your phone. Friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy bed and carpeted floor. No A/C (FYI), but room did have a tower fan that provided some relief from the warm weather. Small but functional bathroom. Community iron/ironing board on each floor. "Cozy Hour" from 4-6PM for a complimentary glass of wine or beer. A few minutes walk from the Nørreport Metro station. (Use the M2 line for easy transport to/from CPH airport.)

I had a room on the sixth floor. Having only 1 lift was a bit of an issue especially given its small size. This would be worth considering if you

We chose this hotel for its convenience. It was hot during our stay but as an old building we did not expect air conditioning and a fan was provided. Sleep quality was fairly good. Cosy hour in the bar was a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cosy and relaxed stay, room and bed so comfortable and airy. Breakfast is the best we ever had, amazing and healthy choices. All staff welcoming and friendly. So central to explore wonderful Copenhagen. Never come across a daily cosy hour with a drink. Thank you so much.

Great location, walkable to attractions but on a quieter side street. Local food market down the street and restaurants over the road.

The staff was amazing! Took care of any concerns we had and were gracious and helpful when I was ill there. Such a friendly and caring atmosphere. Truly hygge!

Staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. It is located about 5 mins walk from Norreport station (once you find the nearest Metro exit!) which is very convenient for the airport & getting around Copenhagen. We asked for a quiet room & were located at the back of the hotel - indeed it was quiet for 4 nights & much appreciated. The room was well equipped with TV (included CNN in English), kettle, coffee, etc with milk & cooler fan. Pretty effective blackout roller blind. The beds are soft as some other reviewers have mentioned but comfortable. Only couple of downers - the bed comprised 2 single beds pushed up against a wall which meant clambering down the bed to get up if needed in the middle of the night & the shower is a corner curtain job in the bathroom which means water inevitably splashes out over the rest of the bathroom floor - neither are big moans. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety, though perhaps a bit of variation from day to day would be nice if you are there for more than 2 days. It does get crowded at weekend peak times - certainly in summer - and is served across the courtyard in a neighbouring hotel which is part of the same business group. We were invited to have a free drink each day at 5-6pm in the hotel bar but we didn't get to take up the offer. The use of the luggage store down in the basement before we checked in and after we checked out was appreciated. The lift is small (max 5) but there are stairs to the rooms. Coop v close.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! We rented bikes and were able to spend the day touring the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we would absolutely stay here again!
