Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station with suitcases. Staff were friendly, made it a breeze to hire bikes for the day to explore Copenhagen. Only issue we found was that the curtains weren't completely block out with a early morning sun, did mean we were up and at it nice and early!

Great room setup for family of four (we technically had two rooms, connecting). They each had two queen beds. So that was great! But, also the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We knew nothing about Copenhagen and they helped us navigate our trip. They were really great.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial - the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and our room was spacious (which was NOT what we expected!) and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and large. The hotel is perfectly located very close walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen Central Station train station, and the Rådhuspladsen Metro stop. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, and there is an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. We were very pleased and would happily stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. It is a very big hotel maybe meant more for business travel tan for family stays simply because of the size of it, and that there were a lot of business groups. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is overall very clean, and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size, not huge but comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very well managed, with plenty of food and beverages. It is fresh, well prepared. We enjoyed it a lot. There are a few areas that are a little bit run down if I must be honest, specially the elevators that are very small, only 3 people fit comfortably, if you have suitcases it’s probably maximum 2 people. So you have to wait long to use them and they feel a bit old. I used the stairs a few times. A few walls, including the bedroom, need to be wiped down and maybe repainted here and there, but nothing major. Overall it was a good experience.

The elevators werent working and the ones that were, were extremely small and slow. The rooms weren't very clean (found hairs in bathroom). They didn't clean the room one of the days (even though we had called it in the day before to request it). The bathroom is outdated with bad water pressure as well as bad bathroom amenities (just one soap - no separate soap / shampoo / conditioner. Overall would not recommend; there are much better hotels at similar price points.

The property and the room were very clean and well kept. I do have a few complaints, no shower door so the floor was soaked, and the noise from the “sister hotel” aka hostel behind the hotel was so loud ALL night. Beware if you’re a light sleeper, they will keep you up all night. Parking was ridiculous as well. They urge you to not use the attached parking garage but to use the underground parking behind the building. It was very inconvenient, the directions were impossible. Even paying double to use the parking garage would have been better than what they recommend.
