The receptionists and staff was extraordinarily kind, service minded, great to talk to, and so very friendly. I was in town, with a friend for support, due to a family member suddenly falling ill. The staff took such good care of us, booking was easy, service was easy, rooms spacious, very professional and accommodating staff. Can’t give them enough praise. I’m a business traveler, and stay at many hotels throughout the year. This is by far the best accommodating staff, I’ve ever encountered. Wonderful stay, would highly recommend. The surroundings are light and have beautiful nature close by, cozy small city right next door, beautiful beaches, and most sunshine hours of all of Denmark. Professional place, great breakfast, comfy beds, and high speed internet. 9/10 would highly recommend.

Found all the staff welcoming and polite fast check in and out slept well was so quiet and relaxing and the local Forrest is a must do if you enjoy nature will definitely stay again keep up the great work

This hotel is located about one and a half miles outside of Grenaa and is within easy walking distance of the sea and beach. A conference hotel, it is clean and comfortable and I found all staff to be helpful and friendly. I ate with friends at the Steak House in Grenaa (I can recommend it) and had breakfast in the hotel which was adequate for most people. If you need to stay in Grenaa then you could do a lot worse than stay here.

The place was mostly deserted. Had to run around to find staff every time I needed a drink, as there was nobody in the bar/restaurant. Food very average, with one day only one dish on the menu, pork!

I had a short stay at this hotel. It's a fairly large, but typical Danish 3* hotel. Rooms are a little on the small side and my bathroom looked as though it could do with refurbishing - clean, but looked a little "tired". Staff were friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice, with both hot and cold food. I checked in late and checked-out early the next day, so didn't use any of the other facilities of the hotel.

I normally stay at the Helnan Marina but with availability it didn't work out. Seagulls sat on the roof and woke me up at 4/4.15 every day. (not the hotels fault) but if its a nuisance then they should do something about it.First room I went into was not too pleasant to the nose! Moved to another room and it was better but still had a scent to it. I found out it shuts down over winter but a bit of fabreeze would have worked wonders. Then they couldn't take my company credit card in the hotel or over the phone ?? Its Visa
