Queens Courtyard by Daniel & Jacob's

The property was way bigger than we thought - it was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped, and immaculate. Would definitely stay again! Quiet neighborhood in the city, but close to everything you want to see. Also very comfy beds and pillows! Great shower & bathrooms as well. Wonderful stay.

Our stay was excellent. It is near the iconic place in Copenhagen, a family friendly building and neighborhood. It is important to mention that the baggs storage is under available. They don't have a room (like other condo/hotels or hotels) for storage. Our principal reason for the booking was the washer and the bags storage and we were not able to store them because they are not available. However they bring a discount and similar service. We would stay back.

Location was perfect, close enough to Nyhavn and the central transportation hub. Small grocery a block away for doing your own cooking. Had some trouble figuring out how to program the washer/dryer unit. Buttons were not in English and there was not a tutorial provided to interpret. I did try to google the user instructions but those were not clear either. Oh well, if that’s the worst problem we had, we had a pretty good experience.

We loved our stay! The 2BR apartment was big enough for 4 adults (note, the bedrooms are tiny) and having 1.5 baths was perfect. We had trouble with the tv, couldn’t get to Netflix in English, but found other things to do. Note, there is hand soap, bath towels, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, but you will need to bring shampoo and laundry detergent. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries really close, not to mention we were within east walking distance of everything from kastellet and tivoli gardens, to Christianshavn and more.

The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which I hadn’t gotten as I was on vacation (international) with limited access to my emails. I was expecting to walk into the lobby of a nice hotel and check in, not figure out lock boxes on my own. They do have some app to request service or answer questions, but there is no automatic maid service or coffee pod refills. Maybe if I had asked, but this is my vacation, not time to figure out how to ask for fresh towels. The unit was on the first floor, so if you sleep with the doors or windows open for fresh air, you risk having someone enter while you sleep. It was a nice area and very quiet. Walkable to all the areas. Restaurants and shops close by. The dining room table has seating for 1 and the living room has two hard chairs, no comfy chair or couch to relax in. I wouldn’t not stay here again, but when you are expecting a nice hotel, this was a let down.

They..the cleaning ladies were extremely rude, had a very hard time to figure out how to get into apt Nice place. Close to the canal boat tours. Very close to the walking streets.

Daniel and Jacob’s place was great for our two nights in Copenhagen! It was spacious, clean and well located in the city for our family to explore.

We enjoyed our time at the property. It is clean,and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We had great communication, they helped us out very quickly when we had a key issue at 8pm. They have very good instructions for everything except the washer/dryer. It is a combo machine and I could not make the dryer work. Quite sure that it was user error and not that the machine didn't work. Location is great - public transport is close, grocery store only a block away. Short walk to the Harbor. Felt safe walking around the area. Would stay again.

Great property, clean and came with lots of amenities. A bit loud outside early in the morning, due to construction and municipal workers, but the area was convenient.

Great spot and a wonderful stay, well thought out property.

Nice property and if you are hot, there is no AC. Otherwise you have to open the windows and can get a little loud. Communication was excellent and place was super clean. Bedding was very comfortable along with bathroom facilities.
