Easy self check in with clear instructions. Great location. Large apartment but missing a comfortable couch to sit in - and quite ironic they had a ‘Hygge’ book on the coffee table but only hard chairs to sit in - far from cozy. Some hooks at the back of the bathroom door would be good to be able to hang towels

Loved having an apartment type experience, with access to a local gym. Close by to everything!

I was surprised that the unit was completed outfitted for the traveler with an iron and ironing board (big plus). I missed having a microwave oven, but maybe I missed it. Having a clothes washer/dryer unit was great!

This is a modern, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen in a perfect area for exploring. We went to all of the sights, tours and shopping on foot and the area has great options for dinner. If you want to go further afield there is a metro stop nearby. The only downside for us was the extensive roadworks right outside the bedroom windows. Because this apartment was on the upper ground floor the noise was pretty loud. These roadworks are of course temporary, but for us it did mean a few early wake ups!

Our original hotel fell through last minute, and I’m glad it did—this spot was spacious, clean, and felt like home. Simple, private, and comfortable, we slept incredibly well. For just a bit more than a budget stay, the rest was worth it. Check-in was easy with clear instructions over the phone. The neighborhood is wonderfully walkable—we grabbed dinner across the street, then strolled through the King’s Garden. Highly recommend doing the same.

Great location apart from on day of pickup as was in the middle of the Copenhagen marathon route so required a long walk to get picked up. Nice flat but lacked comfortable seating. Distinct lack of hooks to hang up bathrobes etc. and no shelving in bathroom to place toiletries. Because of the building construction it was quite noisy from other flats closing doors etc.

Like: Great location, quiet evening and comfortable bed. Communication was great. Don’t like: Very minimum supply - no shampoo or laundry detergent, no tea bags. Had to figure out how to open the sofa bed. A process to get the key to open the rental.

Property is at a convenience location for visiting attractions as well as shopping & restaurants. It would be nice if the apartment were equipped with USB ports for charging numerous devices that traveler possess nowadays. In addition, maybe hang a clock on the wall of the living room so to be able to tell time when not having watch/phone on us. Too many constructions going on around the area, which is at no fault of the apartment.

Loved it! Very comfortable for our group of 5.

Easy access to unit. Close to walk to the tourist sites

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. It's in a convenient location. It was clean, spacious enough for us, and all of the amenities were great.

Centrally located and conveniently close to public transport with courtyard parking, this apartment has fantastic potential—but service and amenities fell far short. Pre-arrival communication was excellent: fast and detailed. However, once we checked in everything changed: luggage “storage” was only available after 1 pm despite our 6 am arrival and a stated check-in time of 3 pm; fresh towels promised on the fourth night never arrived despite two follow-up messages; kitchen supplies included just two stock pots and two frying pans with no lids and no replacements; we received only five dishwasher tablets for a 10-day stay and our request for more was ignored; cleanliness was below expectations; there's no AC or fan, and the open windows brought in a lot of nighttime noise; and communication completely ceased throughout our stay—even when we discovered the lockbox actually contained two keys (a fact only revealed in the checkout instructions), forcing us to stay together the entire trip. In short, while the location is unbeatable, the broken promises, silence from the host, and inadequate supplies made this one of our most frustrating stays—great if you value location above all else, but otherwise disappointing.

This way a great apartment. Clean, excellent beds and great location. Really organized host too. Highly recommend.

Amazing location!

The property was way bigger than we thought - it was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped, and immaculate. Would definitely stay again! Quiet neighborhood in the city, but close to everything you want to see. Also very comfy beds and pillows! Great shower & bathrooms as well. Wonderful stay.

Our stay was excellent. It is near the iconic place in Copenhagen, a family friendly building and neighborhood. It is important to mention that the baggs storage is under available. They don't have a room (like other condo/hotels or hotels) for storage. Our principal reason for the booking was the washer and the bags storage and we were not able to store them because they are not available. However they bring a discount and similar service. We would stay back.

Location was perfect, close enough to Nyhavn and the central transportation hub. Small grocery a block away for doing your own cooking. Had some trouble figuring out how to program the washer/dryer unit. Buttons were not in English and there was not a tutorial provided to interpret. I did try to google the user instructions but those were not clear either. Oh well, if that’s the worst problem we had, we had a pretty good experience.

We loved our stay! The 2BR apartment was big enough for 4 adults (note, the bedrooms are tiny) and having 1.5 baths was perfect. We had trouble with the tv, couldn’t get to Netflix in English, but found other things to do. Note, there is hand soap, bath towels, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, but you will need to bring shampoo and laundry detergent. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries really close, not to mention we were within east walking distance of everything from kastellet and tivoli gardens, to Christianshavn and more.
