The staff here were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Location was ideal, less than 30 min walk to Tivoli which was great. Plus walking distance to so many amazing bakeries such as Hart and Andersen Bakery. Such good transport connections to Metro and a bus straight to airport. Would definitely stay here again if i visited Copenhagen again.

Great stay. Breakfast was pretty good with an assortment of food. Easy walk to the downtown area. Room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Would definitely recommend

Everything was fine but the wifi was terrible.
When I complained they said they were using old technology and few other rooms were the same. They asked if I wanted to be connected to the wifi carrier. This should not be my responsibility.

Hotel in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Conveniently located but area immediately surrounding the hotel has limited options for food, drink etc. No staff available at check in; staff ignored us entirely in the bar. Room was hot (and attempts to lower temperature with thermostat were unsuccessful) so we had to sleep with the window open, which was very noisy. Shower pressure poor. Broken TV remote. No milk provided; had to ask for additional tea bags. Small wardrobe was adequate but no drawers.

I believe that the hotel should have a better way to control the room temperature as it was 22 degrees and impossible to lower it down.
Also the hotel should improve the shower in room 2422.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful however the one downside was that none of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately we had two bad nights sleep as the room was far too hot (even in April) and there was no way of cooling it down. If the room had been air-conditioned our stay would have been perfect.
