My husband and I were in town to watch the Hockey championships. We were very satisfied with our stay. We walked easily from the train station to the hotel with our backpacks. We found the check-in process to be extremely efficient. The staff was really kind and gave us directions to the airport shuttle the next morning. Our beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great - across the street from a large shopping centre. The hotel is walking distance from a number of different restaurants or you can dine at the hotel. The included breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

The stay was OK. We stayed in the Executive Suite which was just a larger room, no bathroom items, no chocolates, a really tiny electric kettle and no choice of teas. The room was cold on arrival but warmed up after we put on the heating.

Check-in was quick and easy.
Check-out is mess. If you take dinner in the hotel, it will be on your room and you have to pay in the morning. So, quick check-out is not possible.
2 people were working in the reception in that morning. But nobody was there in the reception during the busy hours. I had to wait 10 minutes to check-out. There is no bell to call them.
Breakfast: boiled egg + yoghurt + 3 types of bread.

We arrived for a 1 night stay, the reception was closed and a handful of envelopes with guests names were strayed on the counter. We got to our room and I have to say, the pictures of the room are VERY generous! Especially the bathroom. There were toiletries for use, small shampoos and soap, but some of them looked used and unsanitary. The light in the bathroom was connected to a very old and LOUD exhaust fan. The room may have been modern 20-30 years ago. The bed and linen was comfortable though. In the morning we went for breakfast, which was surprisingly good, given our impressionsnof the hotel from the room condition. I am happy we spent a free reward night, and didn't pay for the experience.

Rooms are basic but clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and check in and check out was seamless. Building looks a bit old and worn out as you approach but try and overlook that and get inside.

The hotel is not in a good shape, it should be renovated. I think it ha been renovated the last time in the 1970's. It was also very astonishing that the restaurant of the hotel is open only between 6 - 8 pm ! The value for money is thus very poor.
