Where to sleep - Hostel

Do not stay here for your own health. A positive: the location The negative: this place is filthy and unhygienic. The bedroom: sheets, towels, and bedding had dead bedbugs, black bedbug "leavings," a blood smear, and human hair. Mattress had a lot of questionable stains that looked like urine. The toilet: overflowing garbage can, a broken board with nails sticking out of it on the floor, garbage in the sink. The showers: the floor is filthy! Messaged management through hotels.com and also called them to let them know I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay (no answer on phone). After my reservation was finished, they let me know they did not receive my call and there was an error with hotels.com. I sent pictures of everything including the bed bug bites on my face from sleeping here. They offered me $30 off of the $300 booking instead of a refund for the days I didn’t use.

Conveniently located and quiet with large bed but aircon in cubicle didn’t work so super hot at night unfortunately. Completely fine but there are better options in the city at a similar price point.

Room was great but the shared bathrooms and showers were not well kept

It’s not in the location that it shows in Apple Maps, making finding it difficult when first arriving. Showers smelled like piss like other reviewers commented, when I went out for a run the first morning, I was immediately confronted by a homeless person, trying to open the door and asking to use. And drunk passed out homeless people would sleep on the stairs you walked by. The door stop in the room is also positioned perfectly to stub your toe on. If you’re going to Copenhagen and can afford better, definitely look elsewhere! Don’t cheap out, because it did feel unsafe. Location is convenient for the train and Tivoli gardens!

Bathroom was an issue. Two bathrooms on facility: one is a small box, one is bigger one that is shared between male and female. Room temperature could not be controlled. Two small seperate blankets. Overall okay stay but could have been better.

Had a few issues with the PIN code for entry: I first didn’t receive the email with the PIN code on the checkin day, so had to call them to be able to get in. They said this could be due to a communication problem with Hotels.com. On the day of checkout, I left my capsule at around 7:30am to go to the bathroom, and found that my code didn’t work anymore when trying to go back in… had to call them again to sort it out. Fortunately the issue was always sorted out quickly by phone but I think this problem of PIN codes expiring before checkout should be fixed. Another person had the same problem as me an hour later, and had left his phone in his capsule, so he had to ask for someone’s phone to call them. Apart from that, the capsule was clean, spacious enough for one person, and the experience was very good for the price.

Not a convenient place

Staff did not send us an entrance code. stranded outside for hours. Never got a response from them. A random civilian helped us. Not very clean. Loud surroundings.

Enkelt, grænsende til spartansk - men rigtig billigt for en enkelt overnatning

Ekstrem god placering. Det kunne være det perfekte hostel, HVIS der var rent, vedligeholdt og hvis døren til rum 11 kunne lukke/åbne uden at larme ekstremt.

Dusche sehr unhygienisch, Dreck auf Boden, Schimmel an Decke. Eine von 2 Duschen auf Gang (fuer das ganze Hostel!) funktionierte nicht. Waschbecken nur Kaltwasser 2-3 Sekunden auf Druck (beide Haende waschen schwer) Tagelang keine Antwort auf Frage, obwohl telef. Mailadresse erhalten, an die meine Anfrage gerichtet werden kann. Mit Abstand schlechteste cost/performance, die ich in meinem Reiseleben erlebt habe. Nie wieder!

Simpelt, enkelt, nemt at komme til

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Where to Sleep à Copenhague. Tout était parfait : les lits très confortables, les chambres impeccablement propres, et une ambiance agréable. Les espaces communs étaient toujours bien entretenus. L’hôtel dispose de 3 toilettes et 2 douches : nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème pendant notre séjour car tout était libre et propre, mais cela pourrait être un peu juste lorsque l’hôtel est complet. Dans l’ensemble, un endroit chaleureux et bien tenu que nous recommandons vivement. De plus le prix est très attractif.

Perfekt placeret lige ved hovedbanegården, så let at komme rundt. Værelserne var fine & rene & godt med plads. Et af toiletterne var dog ekstremt lille, men der var 2 mere, så ikke et issue.

Billigt och nära centralstationen. Men alldeles för mjuka sängar och toaletterna var små bås bredvid handfaten där andra gäster tvättade sig.

Ingen elevator iflg beskrivelsen til selv indtjekning. Og tålmodighed skal der til ved indtjekning. For der er flere koder og beskrivelse der skal holdes styr på. Døren til vores værelse virkede ikke optimalt. skulle smækkes hårdt i udefra, når vi gik fra værelset. ellers super komfortabel seng og udemærket til prisen. Lige ved siden af hovedbanegården!

Samlet set var jeg meget tilfreds. Beliggenheden var fantastisk, og jeg ville uden tøven anbefale stedet til en ven. Det eneste problem var toilettet, som desværre ikke var særlig rent, og der manglede ofte toiletpapir. Alt andet fungerede derimod upåklageligt.
