Staff was great

AC was excellent. We did not have a car.

The staff they was great the appartment for the reason it was not bad ither the price

Clean apartment close to the beach

It was very close to the beach. The toilet was an issue the ac spilled water not a little but puddles the whole bed got wet. Other then that it was cool

I enjoy dealing with Lovely she is the mánager who completes the check into the Hotel, she is professional and welcoming a great asset to The Hotel

Wonderful Safe Place

I enjoy the pool , the place was clean except the bed. The bed had dust and the windows were bright. The curtains were noticeably.

Poor customer service and policy

The service was good the location is amazing 1 minute walk to the beach my only complaint was the bed was so hard other than that I would have given the place 5 stars

Location was very good. The staff was nice. Maintenance of the apartment like electric outlets didn’t have cover. The shower water pressure and temperature. Toilet paper rolls should be bigger

Everything good except the bed. It was small for two people and the mattress was worn you can feel the coils.

Its my 2nd home away from home

I'm not sure about the area. It seemed safe enough. It's right across the street from the beach. And there are restaurants within walking distance, although the one I ate at was a little overpriced. The unit was a 1 bedroom. It was cute. The hot water didn't get warm, so I took a cold shower. I hate cold showers but it did make the heat and humidity a little better. The towels were old and stained and didn't match, which was fine by me, but it seem a little bit ghetto. The bed was old, but not bad. The sheets seemed new, however were very slippery and had come off in the night while I was sleeping. I do toss and turn a lot tho. The AC was good if you close the bedroom door. The curtains were see through, which was weird because the neighbors were trying to peek inside when I first arrived. It was a bit noisy and I often woke up thinking someone was in my room. But overall, not too bad for the very reasonable price. I would probably not stay for more than 1 or 2 nights tho.

Great bang for your buck

I stay here frequently when I come to Dominican to see my other half. I normally ask ahead of time for things like extra pillows or a wine opener, etc., and they always accommodate me, which is lovely. Great communication. The staff are very nice. Air conditioners in the bedrooms as well as fans on the ceiling to help. Keep it cool. The pool downstairs is small, but definitely there to cool you off my only suggestion would be some umbrellas, cause it gets pretty scorching hot back there

The manager is rude. Staff is nice enough. But know you get what you're paying for.
