From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and warm smiles—it instantly set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay. This resort truly thinks of everything. The staff is beyond friendly—they go the extra mile in every interaction, making you feel like a VIP from start to finish. The restaurants offered an impressive range of options, including accommodations for dietary restrictions, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every meal was delicious, but the food overall? Incredible. There was never a dull moment. From morning to night, there were activities and entertainment for both kids and adults. Every day just kept getting better! The property itself is stunning—clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely be coming back!

The experience was truly remarkable. The activities catered to both children and adults, and the cuisine was exceptional. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding.

Todo perfecto, lo recomiendo mucho. Solo dos cosas que heche a faltar: 1.- La playa tenia mucho zargazo 2.- Falta de musica y shows orientados en la cultura Dominicana y latina, casi todos fueron de cultora anglosajona.

The property and customer service from the staff are impecable. We visited in Jul 10th 2025 the only thing that was a major setback for us was the beach. It would've been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of seaweed. The entire beach was so dark like coffee. I asked some of the staff and they said it was the time of the year. The sand is perfect like sugar powder.

Tons of activities for adults and kids alike and they change daily. Having Elvis as our concierge was the best! Traveling to other islands near over the past few years, the kindness we had there was second to none! Always a smiling face, kind word, and making sure our trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. 100% would go back!

Beautiful resort. As soon as you’re welcome, buddy calming huge open lobby you automatically feel the sense of calm and vacation. Very clean resort with very good food and service. All the employees went out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Very clean rooms and a beautiful property in general I would definitely go back, especially Great for families.

Beautiful place!

Some real 5 star elements at this hotel. The Spa is a world class experience and very fairly priced for the amenities. The kids activities are excellent. The Waterpark superb. Fav food was the Indian restaurant. Upgraded to club level for better breakfast options. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable.

BEST RESORT IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Impressive!!! Everything about this resort was top notch! From the impeccable and friendly service the minute you step foot on the property to the absolutely beautiful grounds...and the FOOD!! As a couple of foodies, we are pretty particular...every bite here at every restaurant was heaven!! This experience has changed the way we vacation!! Special shout out to our butler, Martin!! He was so attentive, friendly, and helpful!

Amazing place! Staff was incredible.

Stayed for a week with family of 5. Hotel staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and serviced on a daily basis. They restocked everything we needed promptly. Food was excellent. They had many options readily available. Water park was fun and not overly crowded. The beach was nice - beautiful white sand -- plenty of chairs to sit on. But there was a lot of seaweed at the shore. Because of the breakers, the water closest to the shore was not the crystal clear blue we expected - instead it was a murky brown and gross to swim in. Also no waves for the kids to play in at the shore. If we waded through the band of floating seaweed (~30 feet) the water was cleaner and still only waist/chest deep. That area was okay to float in. Needed to go over the breakers (which some people were doing) to get to the clear blue water (we did not feel comfortable doing that with kids). We took a catamaran out a few times (even though we'd never used one before) which was super fun. The staff at the shore showed us how to use it. We were disappointed though that multiple times we wanted to take paddle boards out they weren't allowing them on the water (the reason didn't seem clear even though weather conditions were fine). The resort also had entertainment every night. They had an outdoor theatre with a new live performance (e.g., magic show, acrobats, etc) every night. They also had a movie playing each night on the lawn for kids.
