The staff made the stay exceptionally better. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. All the dining options were amazing. Chinola was my favorite restaurant with the best staff. The waterpark staff was also super amazing and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend checking out the excursions, the Scape Park was super fun and the staff made the experience an amazing time.

The property is beautiful. Not too big where you need a golf cart to get around, but not too small where you have no where to walk around. The staff are all amazing and welcoming. The food is GREAT, especially the a la carte. The bathroom, especially the tiles in the shower could use a revamp. We had two swim ups, so there was a little more mosquitos, the ac worked differently in each room-either we couldn’t get it cooler or it cooled too much, and humidity we controlled with dehumidifiers that we asked for.

This property feels luxurious. The water is the most beautiful shade of blue. The rooms are spacious enough for a 5 person family. The all inclusive perks are lovely. The service is top notch they really tried to get to know us in different areas. The activities crew was so fun Jose and Adelin had us enjoying each day. Mariela was a lovely hostess at the Mercado and poolside at the navigator. We hope to return one day!

The hotel is clean and quiet, but not worth the price. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the beach as it was covered in sargassum. The food is good, but honestly, I’ve stayed in other 5-star hotels that offer a much better overall experience for a more competitive price.

Miguelina and Michelena from the coffee republic were the kindest ladies. They remembered my drink order each day and were so welcoming! The staff overall was wonderful. The property is great as are the amenities. My room was great but could have been cleaned and prepared better for my arrival. I had to request a second cleaning on the day I checked in.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were painting/cleaning glass/watering plants/picking away dead plants constantly to make a beautiful resort. Everything was perfect. Only thing that ever came up was our fridge in our room never worked but we didnt mind. We were out eating so often it didmt bother us. Wonderful stay!

The service was generally satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the bedroom requires attention, and it's uncertain if management is aware of this issue. A notable inconvenience is the lack of any dining options, which is particularly challenging when traveling with children. I was informed that dining facilities were unavailable for families with kids, with only adult dining mentioned. Our experience at Noodle And Tread Italian Cuisine was mixed; the service was acceptable, but the waiter clearly needs more training. This forced us to seek alternative dining outside, such as Las Palapas.
