Everything was exellent!

I love the place the set up pool was awesome and the beach over all it was clean .

This resort was beautiful! We enjoyed all the dining options and the staff was superb. Dinner reservations were easy to obtain and there were plenty of bars in convenient locations. However the spa and housekeeping did not meet my expectations. The spa took a long time and was unable to perform a treatment I asked for. Housekeeping frequently did not provide us towels and we had issues obtaining them all week. Overall, the resort was beautiful and we had an amazing time. I would return again!

Have a great trip! I went for a girls trip! My son and his buddies went as well! We all had a blast! Lots todo! Food was great! I really enjoyed the brunch at the steak house ! Great view of the beach sitting out at the steakhouse! We mostly stayed in adult only section, which was perfect ! They have swim up bars at almost all pools. Plenty of lounge chairs . The foam party was a Blast! The white party on the beach was soooo much fun! Only thing is we wished the pools stayed open later , they all close at 6pm. It was beautiful all week , when it rained or stormed it was brief. Our room included a butler. He wasn’t much help, he made us reservations without asking us . We believe it was due to him not having any contact with us for the first 3 days. Then showed up to our room with dinner reservations. Good thing we are not needy. Then only messaged me a couple times in the after noon to say how’s your day. Then made sure to see us upon our departure. Also our room did not get cleaned one day. I had to find a house keeper and exchange our used towels for new ones . So we could shower and party on. We left the room everyday at 9-9:30AM and didn’t return until around 7-7:40pm to shower and go back out. This shows how busy we where lounging on the beach and pool side ! It was a great time! Don’t hesitate just book it !

Had an absolutely amazing vacation, so relaxing! The staff is the friendliest, most helpful I’ve ever experienced!!! Especially Wander, Bimba, and Minerva! Would love to go back!!!

I highly recommend staying at the colonial majestic! The only down fall is rooms are outdated and it had a funky smell to them. However. The service provided was excellent! Good customer service. All staff working on site including at restaurant were sweet, kind, respectful and very professional! I had an amazing time with my family. Pools were clean. The food was delicious and thankfully I did not get sick trying all the different types of food they offer. I do plan again sometime in the future to stay at the resort. I had do much fun!

Majestic Colonial was an interesting place. The location was beautiful and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone greeted you with kindness and warmth. Our biggest problem was the room. It wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Mosquitos were all over the room. Dead ones were still on the walls and our jacuzzi was not worth going in at all. Samuel our butler was incredible with request and whenever we needed our room clean he would send someone to clean it. But I believe they need to do better with the upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms. Overall it was a decent experience but do be mindful of your stay here.

In my opinion, the hotel was nice and pretty clean, but it could be better. The service was okay, and if you tip everybody, you will have the best time ever, but if not, it's just a regular service. The food was good at the Buffet, but not in the restaurants; I was really disappointed. The shows and music were okay, nothing really amazing. I had to use my own speaker at the pool because the music was absent most of the time. I had a good time, but in my opinion, this hotel needs more to be a 5-star hotel.
