Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All inclusive

5 Stars Exceeded Expectations! Our stay at Majestic Mirage was nothing short of amazing. The resort exceeded all of our expectations from the delicious food options to the fun, engaging entertainment throughout the day and night. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible butler Gorge (Lelus). He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and taken care of every step of the way. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our stay. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

Everything was excellent

This is my second time coming to Majestic, the first time was at Majestic Colonial and the second at the Mirage! I must say it was awesome. The resort itself was absolutely lovely and well kept. The service left nothing to desire. Our days were filled with lounging at the Beach, the pool and endless entertainment throughout the day and the night. We had the absolute best Butler ever, Wilber. He checked on us daily, made our evening reservations, answered every question we could think of and was ALWAYS readily available via the app that the resort uses. We will definitely return to the Majestic Mirage!

The resort was very nice and clean . The people were very attentive to our needs . The staff were nice and friendly and very entertaining. The food was ok in the buffet. The burger in the sports bar was horrible. The Al la carte restaurant were good and the hibachi was great and entertaining.the room was very nice and spacious the only complaint about the room is that it smelled mildewy but other than that it was a great experience for our diets all inclusive stay

Our visit was nice and relaxing, Food was good and plenty of options. Candio our Butler was excellent and provided great service and explained the features of the resort. Spa was nice and my masseuse was really good but I've been to better run facilities. The lack of USB ports or charging stations in room was a surprise. The beach is nice but full of seaweed.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. Although there was an initial issue with our reservation—due to Expedia, not the hotel—it was promptly and properly resolved by Expedia, and didn’t impact our overall experience. Our only suggestion would be to improve room readiness at check-in. We arrived just before 11 a.m. after an early morning departure from Miami, but didn’t receive our room until after 4 p.m. It would be great if rooms could be made available as soon as they are ready, especially for early-arriving guests. That aside, everything else ran smoothly. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to our butler, Bolivar—he was always present, attentive to every request, respectful, and incredibly resourceful. The animation team was absolutely phenomenal—charismatic, energetic, and truly engaging. Gaviota and her team, including Sharina, Vladimir, Pedro, and Manuel, made our stay even more memorable with their warmth and enthusiasm. Thank you all so much. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family

I had a very wonderful stay at Majestic Mirage. The workers were very friendly and helpful especially for my first time traveling there to the resort. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends and I would love to come back again!

Loved the swim up

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience, our butler Bolivar went above and beyond to make even more special. We are definitely planning on going back!

PLEASE READ. Cockroaches all over kitchen and bar (see pictures). The first roach I saw ran out from under the chicken wings I ordered (from the plate on which my food was served). Staff seemed unbothered and unsurprised by roaches. Swimming pool and swim-up bars close at 6pm while there is still daylight! Private jacuzzi in room didn’t work! Food was terrible. This is the only all-inclusive resort (and food is never good at all-inclusive resorts) where my family and I decided to go without food and be hungry. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but the rest of the stay was dreadful. Save your money and go anywhere else but here.

It was a nice all inclusive resort. Meal options were nice. Buffet has local food so that was nice. I do wish they had a restaurant dedicated to Dominican Republic food.

The property was very clean and beautiful to look at. All of the staff was very friendly right down to the ladies that cleaned your rooms. The butler we had was awesome and made sure our trip was extra special.

The property was extremely clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The options for food were vast and all dining was exceptional. Osvaldo was our private butler and he was great! Whatever are the most stars you can give I want to give 5 more than that!

We stayed 6 days at the Majestic Mirage adult only, it was an excellent vacation. We celebrated our 35 anniversary. The staff was excellent and a buttler is assigned to us to make the most of our stay at the Majestic Mirage. Our stay was mid June and the weather was excellent. The food was good, different activities every day. It was an excellent vacation.

Went with my best friend for a short stay -3nights. Had an amazing experience. What really stands out is the great staff who go above and beyond, because of them i will certainly return and recommend to others. To start, my butler Mayquel was fabulous, even though it was a short time he checked in with me daily and ask if i needed assistance with reservations and how my day was going. Very professional and kind. Some other amazing staff was Devers , he was a waitor within several restaurants on the property, who made sure my friend and i were taken care of ! Roberto at the pool made sure everyone was comfortable and taught us how to dance and really went above and beyond. And lastly who can forget Jimy at the pool bar, catered to everyones needs even when it was busy! Aside from staff, we had a room with a rooftop jaccuzi it was great for a late night dip and refreshing. The rooms AC was great and beds were comfortable. Maids came by daily to clean and also someone would come by to restock the fridge daily. Coffee shop was great and we tried the italian resturant which was my favorite but my friends favorite was-the steak house. The club and casino were ok, not the greatest , but it was something to do at night, all three night we stayed up late at the sports bar . I wish i got to check out the spa , try other resturants and take a bachata class, but there will be a next time ! I wish i could personally that all the people who made this vacation special and memorable!

Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service, hospitality, and atmosphere were top-tier. A huge shoutout to our amazing butler Eduardo (Ed)—he made our experience truly seamless. Always available, always helpful, and genuinely kind. The pool bar crew was unmatched—Charly, Jose, and Jimy kept the energy high and the drinks flowing with great vibes and even better service. The entertainment team, led by Manuel and featuring the always-smiling Vladimir, made every day fun and engaging. Whether it was games, shows, or beach activities, they knew how to keep things exciting. But the heart of our trip was Ramon—he went out of his way to check in on us regularly, always with a warm smile and a kind word. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and their experience. If you’re considering a trip to Punta Cana, do yourself a favor and stay at Majestic Mirage. The resort is beautiful, the food and drinks are fantastic, but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

My experience was horrible and I would not recommend. When I entered the room it smelled like paint and you could see paint dripping on wall. The butler, Osvaldo, was not attentive and rarely came by. When we went to dine at the sports bar, there were at least 6 roaches eating food off of the floor. The only good part is the lady who sold me bottles in front of seaside. The jacuzzi didn’t drain. The room service was lackluster. Housekeeping knocked 2 time and came in not mention they came at 9am in the morning while I was still sleep. Room was dirty and small. Safe and refrigerator did not work when we got there. I am going to post this to google reviews as well, that is how horrible.
