Staff were not friendly at all.

Horrible hospitality. They offer things that later on they dont give you. Beach is shallow all throughout-knee deep. Food is not good. There was a roach and plumbing problems in our room. Management didn’t care. I don’t recommend this hotel, or Punta Cana for all that matters. Go to Mexico. Much better beaches, food, and hospitality.

So booked here and was looking forward to it. As i have quite a high loyalty status on Expedia I was awarded a $72 credit although the resort was All Inclusive. This credit could be redeemed against non all inclusive food or beverages. We booked the steak restaurant for 7:30’pm, the staff were very nice but the service was very slow. We ended up getting our main course after 90 mins of sitting down. I ordered the Tommahawk steak at a $95 dollar supplement to come with chips and also a chicken skewer. Like I said after 90 mins we only got the meat dish with no accompaniments, no vegetables and no chips, also my chicken skewers also never came. We also weren’t asked if we wanted dessert and didn’t get any as we were presented with a bill for $23 for the difference for the tommahawk steak. I explained I was disappointed as we didn’t really get all our food order and had to wait 90 mins. I explained they already had my $72 voucher and that it was unfair for me to pay the extra $23 as the service was so poor and that I didn’t get all my food order. I was surrounded by 3 waiters and a credit card machine but I simply said no. Eventually the manager said it was fine and compd the difference. Upon check out I was again hounded to pay the $23. After about 20 mins of back and forth the spa manager who was also the assistant hotel manager agreed to comp the difference and apologised for the hassle I was subjected to. the resort is nice but the staff need customer service

The resort is nice. The rooms are nice. The staff is nice. There were some language barriers. The food was very average. We did enjoy the hibachi but were not impressed with any of the other restaurants. Very much enjoyed the cats on the property. I did not enjoy being harassed to buy things on the beach or when im laying by the pool by the spa services and excursion services.

Everything was wonderful...ate 2nd yrip therr in the pat yr.. wonderful speciality restaurants.friendly staff..ALL GOOD..

While the resort is new and beautiful there were too many issues that made it a below average experience. The major issue was the lack of service. While there were a few staff members that were pleasant most were not fun to deal with. Almost like they didn't want to be there. The language barrier is also the worst we've ever dealt with. Most of the restaurant staff couldn't understand what we were ordering off of the menu. While overall the food was pretty good, except the gourmet restaurant which had below average food and the worst service of all the places we went, the selection of restaurants is lacking. The buffet is good however if you don't get the food from the cook stations the rest of the food is cold to barely warm. That being said the Asian and steakhouse were both better than average food. The room was great. We had a swim out close to the beach end of the resort across from the pool bar. Great shower and good amount of space. The biggest issues with the room are the bed which is ROCK HARD. The red motion lights that are right above the bed that comes on with the slightest movement at night. The fact the light switch for the toilet area is no where near the toilet, and it lights up the whole room when you turn it on because it's tied to the shower area which has a frosted glass door. (Very nice shower! The beach is nice if you like shallow water with no wave action. I didn't mind it however it was a little boring after a week. This is our 6th AI

resort was great. rooms great. great housekeeping. great drinks at pools. dinner service was so slow and drinks from those restaurants were awful at all places.

This is a tough review to write. The property is very nice. Mostly clean but already showing some wear and tear. Staff is where the resort is lacking. They did not resupply room essentials on 4 out of 7 days (waters/beers,toilet paper,face cloths). Dinners were ok at best. Staff were unable to understand english and we ended up leaving the steakhouse due to this. Other orders were delivered to the wrong tables and others were very slow. Beach had a limited area to swim that was not inundated with seaweed. Very shallow water-3 feet deep at the deepest point. Staff really had no personality. Maybe one out of 10 staff was personable. There is a lot of potential here and we based this trip on youtube reviews. We’ve been to the carribean about 10 times and this unfortunately was the worst level of service that we have encountered. It’s unfortunate as the resort is very nice. We will not be back.

It’s an exceptional location, and I’ll be going there again. The dining options are exceptional as well.

Loved everything about my stay!

Horrible! do not stay here. Though the rooms were spacious the staff lacked a standard level of friendliness and were unaccommodating, when I first arrive to the resort, no one was standing there to greet us. There was somebody just standing outside and we had to approach them for direction we didn't receive a welcome drink or even a wet towel as I had seen they had done in others videos. I also have had very many experiences with all inclusive hotels, so for me this is pretty Standard.No accommodations were shown for my special request when I had explained that I was coming to celebrate a birthday. Some rooms had banners about the certain events they were coming to celebrate, but for me, there was nothing done. The staff was borderline rude as even when you eat at the hotel you have to wait on them for water/juice & pop and most would just look at you and then have an attitude when asked for something. The maid constantly came in our room unannounced as we were laying down and would not give us towels for some reason even if we were trying to exchange our old ones for new ones. The manager approached us one time while we were out for breakfast because we had took a buffet plate back to the room due to their room service ending at 10:30pm And he brought about five people with him to talk to us about the situation in front of everyone! They do not provide beverages if you order room service & the list of Cons go on… do not waste your money here you will be disappointed!!!

Excellent service and accommodations i will definetly be back. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean.

Everything about this resort was great except for the very loud entertainment on 3 of the 7 nights. Our room was just behind the stage and the entertainment was so loud. I had originally chosen this resort because it was supposed to be a quiet resort

Serenade All Suites is a very good adult only all-inclusive: good beach, good service, good food, good entertainment, spacious rooms, 3 big pools...no need to leave unless you get bored with all that daily swimming, drinking, eating etc.

Not enough food options especially for breakfast it’s very small and a lot of people. Hard to get reservation for dinner etc. Staff ruined the whole stay they are very mean, terrible, and unkind attitude is 0 I heard soo much other guest complaining too I will never go back to this hotel
