Sol Caribe Suites Los Corales Beach

We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget conscious person will be disappointed.

The pictures posted on your site do NOT match all units- Our unit was old, the dead bolt on our room was broken, the sliding glass door did not lock, there were no screens, the bathroom had a very stained bathmat, we found ants and a cockroach in the middle of the night. The restaurants are not connected to this property, the beach is NOT close, need a taxi to get there. The pool needs to be resurfaced and is in need of work. The rate did not seem to match what I anticipated- I would give the unit I stayed in 1 out of 5. If I could I would want a portion of our funds returned, however we did sleep there-

Avoid this place it is a run down mess, I can not think of any redeeming point.The internet did not work, shower head fell out of its wall mount, no hot water, the bathroom was missing towel rack, sink was rusty, one two bath towels nothing else.

The room door lock was brooking nobody spoke English every time I ask a question Ithey didn’t know what I was saying and I don’t know what they saying it wasn’t safe

Booking from mobile was cheaper, price was comfortable! Room was clean.

The place was family friendly and it had a nice pool for the kids, the area had a lot of shopping stores and places to eat which was very convinient, however cleaness its very important to people come come visit and unfortunatelly the after opening the water a really bad smell came out of the drain. The water smelled bad and it was very unpleasant. The drain needs repair and I believe they should work on their mantaince a little more. The ac was working however it also needs to get repaired. It took the whole day since I arrived and the whole night for the room only to feel cool. Most of the time the apartment we stood at fell super hot. The staff were nice but I believe they could improve the service they provide to everyone who walks up to the customer service office.
