I have been to this property probably at least 7 times, i love nearly everything however the rooms need to be checked prior to checkin, i almost always have experienced an issue with wifi, refrigerator not working or AC just not cold enough. I still rate 5 because they do rectify any issues i experienced.

The food was good… the room was good. However, their animation team needs a little more work. The activities that they have for guests need to be more interactive and interesting. Especially for the price that we are paying. Please refer to Lifestyles Holiday Resort and watch their animation team.

This place can be a hit or miss. My fiancé and I at first didn’t like it but later on started to appreciate the things the place offered. This can easily be a 5 star place if they fixed up a few minor problems. For some reason, they didn’t have our reservation. We had to wait over a hour for our room once they found our reservation. Second, they have this weird system where they take all your towels in the morning but don’t replace it with new ones. So essentially, you can be enjoying breakfast and if you decide to take a shower afterwards, you will have to wait for the fresh towels to be dropped off to your room. Third thing, they don’t give daily water bottles and you will have to practically beg them for a water bottle on a daily basis. Luckily, they do have some water dispensary on some floors for refills. Fourth thing, the WiFi truly sucks in this place. Connection is slow and probably one of the things I hated the most from this place. Lastly, the vibe from the staff needs to be worked on. Some are very nice to talk to, but most of them looked like they don’t like working there. Some are rude and disrespectful, but not all staff. The two pools itself is very nice. A quiet one and the main one. The beach is gorgeous but that says more about Mother Nature. My favorite part is the food. The food was the absolute best thing from the resort. A lot of variety and freshly made every day. Entertainment for me was 50/50 but that is more of a personal opinion. My honest review.

This will be a long review so if you want a real assessment, please take the time to read. To start, their website states they offer an airport transport to hotel and to call or email 3 days prior. I did just that and was told to call back the next day. I called 2 days prior and was told they don’t offer that service even though they sent me an email reminding me to call for 3 days prior via Hotels.com. I reached out to Hotels.com for help and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the property. Luckily, I was meeting a friend there and he arranged a taxi for me. At check-in, I was told that I had to pay $50 more a night because my friend didn’t travel with me even though I paid for 2 people when I booked on Hotels.com. So I had to pay an additional $350 for my friend to stay with me. The WiFi sucks! We couldn’t get it to work and when we attempted to call the front desk for help, the telephone in the room didn’t work. We had to walk to the front desk and then explained how to get the WiFi to connect, but it still sucked. The food was not good. Breakfast sucked, lunch was decent and dinner was subpar. They have 3 other restaurants besides the buffet l, but you have to make reservations for them in the morning the day of. Luckily, we spent quite a bit of time outside of the resort so we ate out some days in the city. Activities are awesome and plenty each day for kids and adults. Drinks at the bar were good. Staff were a hit or miss but majority of them were nice and friendly.

The service and pool were outstanding. We also enjoy the beach. The rooms are a bit outdated (especially the bathrooms need work). While the food was B+, there were many opening hour and take away restrictions at both the buffet and restaurants. Very inconvenient with young children. If you’re used to all-inclusive rules and limitations you might not be bothered by this. Also, people from nearby cruise ships can pay to come there for the day. That makes for a very chaotic environment.

Actually i liked everything. The staff was amazing, the food and different options of drinks! This is my 3rd time going and will continue to go!
