Hotel El Conquistador

Una mala experiencia con la reserva en este hotel, primero que nada en el momento del check in me hicieron un cobro adicional por reservar con expedía a pesar de que la reserva estaba pagada en su totalidad previamente, me cobraron por el estacionamiento también aparte y el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel y no incluido como dice en la descripción, tuve que dejar el vehículo y regresar caminando al hotel. Me comuniqué por Mail con el hotel para cancelar los días restantes y evaluar la posibilidad de cambiar de hotel porque la habitación nada que ver con la descripción además de cobros adicionales por todo y la propiedad no me respondió nunca, no me contactaron, a pesar de expresar la mala experiencia con el hospedaje me dijeron que podían cancelar la reservación pero que no existía reembolso a pesar de todo lo que estaba mal. Entonces me tuve que quedar aquí a pesar de la pésima estancia porque de lo contrario perdía todo el dinero de la reserva más todo lo que me cobraron adicional. Yo personalmente no volvería a reservar con este hotel y les dejo la reseña para que sepan todos los inconvenientes que hubo y como absolutamente nadie se interesó por el huésped, debí leer las reseñas más detalladamente antes de reservar porque el estacionamiento es el mayor inconveniente.

Clean Room / good staff / good location

Room was adequate but toilet was lacking. Breakfast was lacking with very bad coffee. Wi-Fi did not work on my second day stay .I left my prepaid room to stay at different hotel so I could make my WiFi phone calls necessary. Paid two nights, stayed one.

La atención y habitación estuvieron bien pero en especificación pone que tienen Parqueo incluido pero el Parqueo está a dos cuadras y cobran $12,50 por día adicional

It is a nice place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The people who works there are very friendly and efficient. For what I am thankful, and I will go back to stay in the hotel El Conquistador.

Super excited

Although the location is great, the hotel needs attention. I am not sure if the staff are overworked but they were nice some days and some others no so much. The offer a safety box in the room but there was nothing secure about it, anybody can easily walk away with the whole thing. I would not stay again.

They need to have a fan and a ac in the rooms please

My first time staying here. Wonderful helpful staff. The location is great, in the heart of El Centro with the Tranvia at your doorstep. The breakfast was excellent with many choices both hot and cold, lots of fresh fruit. There is parking available 1/2 block away, at $14.00 per day. Strongly recommend.

Isaac assisted us with a late check-in and was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was super!

They didn’t find my reservation , and gave me a double standard room , after that they took one of the beds from the room and make us sleep ( 2 tall persons) on a small bed

I paid over a $100 per night during the city festivities. Completely overpriced. The hotel is older, the hallway carpets should be replaced. The rooms were clean and the mattress was good, but I was a bit sad with the overall experience. The hotel needs an urgent renovation.
