Wonderful Hotel. Extremely nice and almost fancy. Front desk was super helpful too and helped us lineup shuttles and tours. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too that was close to lots of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

They had 6 hrs to tell us in advance that they had a plumbing problem and could not offer us the room we had reserved until we arrived. They set us up at an inferior hotel in the area, delaying our check in by 45 minutes when time was a crucial element for us, and did not allow us the opportunity to find a different hotel of our choices as once we had arrived it was to late to exercise that option.

It was a nightmare! I arrived at 9:30pm and at the lobby told me that they were fully booked and no rooms! They provided me a room at the residencial area…but it was very cold I was freezing and I call the security who told me, he cannot do anything because he didn’t have any registration under my name….he called the lobby and they send another guy and they took so long to finally get me another room. On the new room was no TV because it wasn’t connected to the WiFi! They wanted to check for another room but it was 12:30am and I told him I was so tired! Anyway a total disaster

The employee are very friendly and they change my room without complaint that I did not like because it was close to elevators. The hotel has police at front door, very safe to walk near the hotel, nice park close by, many restaurants near the hotel.

The floor to the front desk is an accident waiting to happen! Marble tiles with about a 4” step up/down depending on direction that is not easily discernible! To get to the elevators is a 3 or 4 step down/up depending on direction making luggage to/from room problematic. Yes, there is bell service to room. Not necessarily from room when checking out.
