Het Kanzy-hotel is een bijzonder prettig en gezellig hotel in een rustige buurt. De staf is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt en uitstekende bedden. Enige minpunt: De kraan van de douche moet heel lang lopen voor er warm water komt.

I will write in the shortest way my experience at this hotel. Do not sell this hotel please!!!!! When I arrived the man at the front desk was extremely rude!!! I told him I was there to check in and his respond was you will be staying here? Looked st me up and down. I responded yes and told him my name. He could not find my name and said I did not have a reservation. I asked to please look in his system again. He called a female to the front desk who understood a little more English then he did. She asked for my passport and also said I had no reservation. I was exhausted from my long trip from the USA and said please just give me a room. Another man came to the front desk.. now here I am dealing with three individuals who where so rude and hardly understood what I needed. I ran outside and asked if anyone understood English and had a person come inside to help me. They refused to sell me another room and mind you I showed them my paperwork and had the nerves to say to me that I made up this paperwork. I left in tears and had the man that knew a little English find me a cab and he helped me look for a hotel. After driving what felt like an eternity I found a hotel close that charged me $300.00 US! I am asking for a refund concerning this horrible hotel name Kanzy please. I urge you not to send people or sell this property. Thank you and sincerely Francine Guturrez

It's a basic hotel that needs ALOT of updating. Our room was ok. The bathroom was diabolical. The fridge was disgusting. The staff there was nice. The management was ok, not really friendly. The kitchen manager watches you all the time. Our room cleaner lady was lovely. In the dining room you're constantly watched. We stayed 9 nights, after the first day shock of its condition, it grew on us. There were no non arabic speaking guests. I think it's tailored for locals.

It's a nice hotel with large rooms. The location is great for both being quiet and near transportation. Rooms barely have a view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is outdated, no renovations. The main and major disaster here is lack of cleanliness. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean at all!

This hotel was completely the opposite to what I expected, so I will put it in bullet points. 1. Despite Expedia saying one of the room features was "free toiletries" the bathroom was absolutely bare.. I even had to ask for toilet roll 2. Apparently there is an indoor pool? Forget to mention it's not even completely built yet!! So no there isn't a pool 3. Apparently on the room lost there is a hairdryer in all rooms? I left mine at home so Could use the hotels.. Guess what? No hairdryer 4. Free wifi in all rooms!!! Lol every time I asked I was told the wifi isn't working, surprise surprise 5. Breakfast included? Hahahah breakfast consisted off stale bread, boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes ad cucumber and some random sliced cheese... That was accompanied by a room full of flies on the food and an over flowing rubbish bin next to the food... Gross!! We ended up ordering from a close restaurant everyday breakfast 6. The only member of staff in a uniform was the cleaner lol, so we didn't actually know who was who! 7. They apparently didn't receive the booking from Expedia and actually tried to charge us for our stay even though we paid through Expedia and also checked out 1 day early as I couldn't stand the hotel much longer so we spent half an hour trying to prove we had paid already, I even had to open my online banking to prove I had the transaction on my UK bank account!!!! This hotel is terrible, the area is perfect but they seriously need some training, Expedia I'm dis

Tag 1 An der Rezeption hat man keine Expedia-Reservierung feststellen können. Eine Kopie der Expedia-Reservierungsbestätigung wird von mir ausgehändigt. Nach längerer Wartezeit erhalte ich ein Dreibettzimmer und den Hinweis, dass ich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen muss. Es wird nachgefragt ob das Zimmer via Expedia bezahlt ist. Tag 2 Vor dem Verlassen des Hauses erhalte ich erneut den Hinweis auf den bevorstehenden Umzug. Abends im Hotel eingetroffen, wird mir gesagt, dass man mir weitere Unannehmlichkeiten ersparen wolle und ich das Zimmer für die Restzeit behalten kann. Erneut wird nachgefragt ob das Zimmer via Expedia bezahlt ist. Stellte dann vor der Zimmertür fest, dass die Schließkarte gesperrt war und musste erneut zur Rezeption. Das Dreibettzimmer ist durch Herausnahme eines Bettes zum Zweibettzimmer geworden. Fehlende Handtücher werden nach Aufforderung ausgehändigt. Tag 3 Keine besonderen Vorkommnisse. Tag 4 Keine Reinigung des Zimmers und das Bett war auch nicht hergerichtet. Tag 5 Check-out Erneut wird nachgefragt ob das Zimmer via Expedia bezahlt ist. Ohne weitere Schwierigkeiten kann ich das Hotel verlassen.
