The staff was amazing. Front desk took such care of me. Allowed late check out one night I was so exhausted, and they juggled to make it happen. Just the best! Awesome rooms. Loved the do not disturb switch and motion activated eco-friendly hallway lights. Food and drink were wonderful! Spa was so healing. Spa staff so nice and generous, especially Ramy. Just a great experience!

Nice stay, comfortable bed nice rain showers with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good as well with a decent number of options. No issues.

This is not a business hotel. The internet access is non existent. The rooms are average but clean.
There was no indication that any building works was being carried out otherwise I would never booked. The breakfast area is tired and the whole hotel is dated.

We have recently enjoyed a weekend at Novotel Cairo with my family. We had a wonderful time but as first timers underestimated the size of the city and location of the hotel. We ended up eating most meals at the hotel restaurant, as most places were quite far. Food was however tasty and service always attentive. We also enjoyed the pool area. It was nice the hotel wasn't very busy, which is probably also caused by the renovation- on some days it was very noisy.

It was very nice. The hotel was doing some remodeling in one wing, and they need to do the same in the wing I was in.
With that being said, the hotel was very nice, the staff was outstanding and my wife and I liked our stay.
It was very quiet and I enjoyed the silence.

Hotel is OK. Room I was in was a decent size with lounge area and bedroom area. Dinner buffet reasonable choice without it being great. Breakfast buffet likewise. It
has got a gym although the equipment is pretty old. Pool area looked nicked although never had the chance to try it

Outdated hotel, towels were old and not clean ( I did not use them), overall the hotel isn't clean. It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel

Over all good hotel, however facilities are old and need maintenance. The room was not cleaned properly specially shower room. Stuff were friendly but I needed to request for normal stuff to happen like room cleaning, shampoo in the path room, slippers.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, one of the staff in reception was very grouchy and even had no time to properly answer me. Not sure if he had problem understanding English or had other issues. The Egyptian girl who works in Spa was pressurizing me a lot to utilize their service despite noticing my reluctancy. Other than this, all was very good!
