Very large complex. Beach access a little hard if you are not in great shape. Had a terrific massage. Nice variety of food. Bar area great. Staff very friendly.

The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved! What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

Nothing in our room Worked. The hairdryer, the shower didn’t drain, the pool outside of our unit was green and old, not even the phone to call reception worked. Honestly, way too much money for Egyptian standards and what we got

Seriously, not only are the sea, reef and beach are stunning, but the resort itself is immaculate and impeccable when it comes to the service they provide. My friend and I finished a 10-day trip around Egypt in Sharm-el-Sheikh, which now I understand was the best choice. Exploring Cairo and Egypt can be very chaotic and overwhelming, so having a break from crazy traffic, pushy vendors, and not always good service provision was a blessing. I could spend hours writing about this resort but I'll summarise it below by listing what impressed me the most: - the place is thoroughly clean. Not even a tiny bit of dirty goes unnoticed and there is always someone cleaning the entire place here and there (and the place is huge!) - the food is inclusive in the package when booking a room and its quality is beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were equally impressive and delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and a big thank you to Kalid (who makes omelettes). - the bar and restaurant staff are incredibly well trained, friendly, polite and made us feel always welcomed and at home. Big thank you to Mohamed Alshshtawy, Mahmoud and Ibrahim. - the reception, again, well prepared to deal with international standards and tourists. We arrived a bit earlier to check in and, although our room was not ready, the reception kept us well entertained so we didn't notice time flying by until we were taken to our accommodation. Thank you Anas and Valeriia. No space for more, but you get the gist!

Our stay at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort was 5-star in terms of friendliness of the staff and awesome location. The all-inclusive price was unbeatable and the buffets were fine and well maintained. The cleaners and everyone we met were just top friendly and we couldn't have been more impressed. Men clean the rooms and we thought the bathrooms could have been better cleaned.

Is a massive all inclusive resort that’s on the expensive side. However the location is awesome as the private beach has a great reef and it’s v close to the fascha cliff bar which is incredible. Staff work tremendously hard and are friendly/helpful. It caters mostly to Italians and Russians, Italians especially as they get their own animation team. Meals are okay though Egyptian deserts are not great. Lots of unnecessary rubbish created by wrapping cutlery and towels each day and using plastic cups/styaphone plates for snacks. Not environmentally friendly hotel in that respect. Diving/snorkelling tours etc half price when bought in old town

First obstacle is finding the place, or rather finding someone who can find the place. There's another Reef Oasis in Nama Bay, but this one is in Hadaba, which is full of resorts with names that evidently all sound the same to many locals. Once you are here the first thing you will notice is that pen and paper still govern everything. On the plus side just about everything can be taken care of within the resort. There is a 24hr pharmacy and various other shops between the beach and the theatre, and there is a 24hr clinic right by the Sentido reception (which is more chichi than the Reef Oasis reception, though both have ATMs that also exchange selected currencies including £$€). On the subject of money, don't be surprised to be asked to exchange crisp new currency notes for old ones or coins: nobody here accepts the latter two for fear of not being able either to spend or exchange them. Egyptian pounds are allowed to look tatty, but foreign currency has to be 1) pristine and 2) folding. The Russian language is to Sharm in general as the German language is to Turkey. If you're like me and your Arabic isn't up to much, knowledge of Russian (or, to a lesser extent, Italian) will make communicating a lot easier than simply expecting everyone to speak English. If you have any experience of mass catering you will probably be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. For something a cut above, you need to leave the resort (and be aware that not everywhere serves alcohol).

Our flight was changing, so we must leave the hotel one day before. Unfortunately we must pay this lost night to. The service in the restaurants was very good per example Mostafa Hossien was great.

probably the best reef in Sharm - right in the middle of Ras Um Sid natural park; wide variety of food, very fresh and delicious buffet; nice and clean territory, vast and cozy rooms; great animation stuff, especially Karina, Victoria, Katia and Aliona children's animator! Great location - close to magical Farsha Cafe and il Mercato area with many European style cafés and restaurants. pretty nice gym with good fitness coach. Guys at the reception often were very helpful and managed to solve different issues. - to solve some issues at the reception usually takes a lot of time; the disco at the beach is something too loud and annoying; as it is the family concept hotel, sometimes it can be a little bit boring for young people.

Booked a sea view room with king size bed preference (instead of two separate twin beds) apparently they don’t even receive the info were it stays the preference. Not so welcoming staff, they argue between each other a lot to. Outdated rooms with furniture in bad conditions. Common areas like pools, restaurants gardens on the other hand are great. The beach is really nice also.

We liked the private beach, the view was spectacular and the poolside bar- this is why we gave it a 4. We didn’t like the twin beds rather than a king and had to be moved, the food was basic and breakfast times weren’t what the brochure said, so, we missed breakfast and the manager was argumentative rather than helpful. Basically the bar and view saved it for this hotel.
