Booked a room for nine days. Nice, clean spacious rooms. Friendly host, (Sandra) who was very helpful and caring to our needs. All staff had great customer service and caring. Staying from the front door host, to the late night gate keeper at the parking entrance, all helpful and friendly.
Would like to also thank management and staff for the upgrad from two beds to the beds in a bigger room.
Entrance to the parking lot is an up and narrow. Not recommended for Vans or long pick up trucks.

We like the privacy of the hotel and it's walkable to other areas.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Every room should have an iron. There is only 1 iron for the hotel.

Room was reasinable size. Floor was dirty. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom door would jam. Proprty was a little far from most areas of interest but overall my expectations were not high for the price

Because the room wasn’t available.
In the advertisements there are some breakfast menus and they only have one.
The WiFi doesn’t work.
When we were allowed to enter the reserved room (business class) they did not do the daily cleaning properly.
