It was a nice place to stay. The room we had was massive. Loads of space and a sofa. It was clean and tidy. Overall we was happy and would definitely stay again. The breakfast we had was superb. Everything on it was cooked to perfection and the mushrooms were cooked in butter and not deep fried. The sausages weren’t cheap nasty ones. Couldn’t fault it.

This hotel exlent i did not find anything wrong with this hotel the staff and the food is the best I have had all was hot and exlent the housekeeping is exlent please I will be going back soon as I have appointment to go this hotel is the best in Walsall wood please use it as carport is nice and big

Don't let the exterior fool you. When first arrive the exterior looks univiting and a bit run down but the room was great, spacious and clean. We didn't check in until after 11pm. The reception staff were great. We didn't eat there so can't comment on food. No problem with parking space and free to park. Would definitely stay there again.

Slightly speechless about my stay here... room way alright, the kingsize bed was 2 singles pushed together which were different heights. Plugged in the aircon and shot the power to the entire room which was a million degrees. Whole place smelt horrid. There are 100% asylum seekers being housed here, and god knows what other strange behaviour going on... all we had to do was open youtube and look ay the search history. The Location was terrifying, did not feel safe in the slightest. Would've rather taken the fine than go out to vape kind of unsafe... Police outside due to someone kicking off. I'm not sure you could pay me to stay here again, The people we met on reception were genuinely lovely though, I actually felt a bit sorry for them having to sort all of this out. Suspicious looking stains throughout our entire room to the point we slept fully clothed on top of the bed, I was scared to take my shoes off. I had been told by a local friend we were actually lucky to get a room given the activities that go on here. Not sure lucky is the right word... avoid at all costs.

Unclean unkept on the outside inside was terrible needs demolished and rebuilt. Rooms were a good size but carpets were in a poor state stains everywhere bathrooms just mold all around the bath shower head didn't even fit in the shower pole haha...Lighting poor in the room no bulbs in lamps TV didn't work at all and breakfast blimey was just swimming in grease 😑 pastries look like they had been left out for weeks coffee cold in the jug and the orange and apple juice were room temperature ive never stopped in a place like it how this place is still aloud open is beyond me 😳

King size bed is a king size mattress on a smaller bed frame- spent the night sliding out. Looks a mess from the outside- not much better inside. Whole place is just dirty. Steer clear.

Very dated hotel. Looks very deserted from the front only when you go rom the back you see reception. Was kept awake from 2am due to noise from room above. Lots of shouting from residents. Receptionist was very helpful. Sadly we wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a comfortable functional stay, the single room was advertised as having air conditioning but on arrival found this not to be the case, so if you’re definitely wanting that, be careful! Staff were friendly and helpful and resolved all my queries

The 3 guest room is like a Suite. Great bathroom. 3 chairs and a table and believe it or not a fridge! The price reflects other minor issues of the place, but overall the experience was excellent if you understand the price and location. The ALDI in front was a bonus plus thing. Yes, I would stay again at the hotel.
