We did have an administrative issue but I have to say once inside the accommodation it is very impressive. Every detail has been thought of is of the highest quality and I will definitely be staying again. Thank you Bob!

No desk or chair available - not suitable for business people who need to work from their hotel room. Unlocking the doors with iPhone worked fine but cannot always be reliable. Room was small. Toilet was a bit of a squeeze.

Very well looked after

The Bob W was very clean and quiet, but that’s the end of the positives. Our room was on the 4th floor, which was 82 narrow steps up (yes we counted) with no lift. Not a big deal except when you’re carrying suitcases! The temperature got hotter with each floor, and our window only opened about 4 inches for safety, and we had a fan that did very little so we slept with no bed covers. WiFi on the 4th floor was extremely weak. Out of the three outlets in the room for charging devices, only one worked. Finally, anyone remotely bigger would never fit in the bathroom! It was easy to contact the company, but they asked me to detail the issues and when I did, I never heard back. So, if you’re staying on the first floor, it might be perfectly fine….but I’d request not to be on the third or fourth floor for sure.

I was a little sceptical, but overall was very pleasantly surprised. If the value and destination is right. Dont hesitate 👍

Outstanding. Bed just could have been a little softer. Still, I’m remembering this hotel if I need to go back to London. Doesn’t have a front desk and communication is through a website, which wasn’t a concern for me, but you may want to know.

Excellent location. Room was very small. Bed against window, no space to get into bed on far side. Shower small with sloping roof so my husband could not stand straight. No milk for tea, otherwise good provisions. Not suitable for large people or elderly. No lift. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good communication with Bob W staff but all of our requests were unable to be addressed. Could not get onto WiFi and could not access TV

The 'Pocket' sized room is impossibly small. The room was up four flights of stairs - with no lift. You are provided a code for the front door and then have to use an online portal to open an interior code and then the room door (via swiping your phone) What happens if you have sub-standard internet service? Our room door wouldn't lock at one stage. I waited 2 mins 30 secs for someone to pick up the phone - they couldn't solve it. Thankfully my wife contacted the hotel via What's App and this was solved quickly. What happens if you don't have What's App? It costs 30 GBP to have the shoe-box of a room cleaned. You can't simply turn on the television - it requires fiddling around with WIFI and a password - which is provided by the hotel. We couldn't get this to connect so gave up. It's a great location near Paddington Railway Station - put the effort in and find something better.

I did and I didn't enjoy my stay here but the location is excellent. I had a front room with a lovely view of the opposite tree lined street. The building and room are very modern. The bathroom is tiny, and luckily it was only me so I could shower with the door open to let hot air out. The shower base also needed plunging so the tub would fill up which wasn't pleasant. I also had issues with the tv working, which wasn't a huge deal but late at night some nights I wanted to chill out. The bed was passable but not the most comfortable. I could hear the person in the room next door and their phone alarm going off and message tones which was annoying sometimes. I could also hear the elephants upstairs. Like most buildings in the UK the walls are thin and insulation just isn't a thing. I had no issues getting in with the Salto lock system except one night I lost one nights accomodation at the cost of $288 AUD because my phone was stolen on Oxford street on July 22nd and because they have the no key system, I couldn't get back into my room so that was a waste of money and I was not happy about that. I would prefer a refund for that. Overall, good location and pleasant stay but if I found comparable location at a better price I'd probably stay somewhere else.

Newly renovated. Good location. A decent size room. A really bad smell from bathroom.

Centrally located to Kensington and Hyde Park. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, very clean & fresh concept with no desk check-in. Great value for the area. We loved this was a quiet neighborhood but still close to Paddington Station, Hyde & Kensington Gardens.

very nice, clean and comfortable. You need a cellphone to get in the door, unless you call and make special arrangements. Also, you can't leave your luggage and pick it up later...So it was a bit inconvenient overall, compared to a hotel.

You needed a cell phone and stable internet connection to got into the hotel!! Pro: Location: walking distance to tube system, many shopping and dining choices around. Room is clean, our room was on third floor, facing away from street... quiet, peaceful and with a few pigeons hanging outside the window. Water pressure is excellent, hot/cold water almost instant. There is no staff on site, but responses from What's app were quick. Cons: Getting into the hotel is challenging. It become intuitive AFTER you learn how it operate. We got email for front door access code and got in w/o issue. There was another locked door right after we entered and no keypad. Internet connection at that area was weak/unstable (at least on my phone). We got locked between doors and did not know how to proceed. Luckily a couple came in a few minutes later and showed us how to access the door with the phone. The room is small, even by European standard. The bathroom is even smaller, the shower area is 2 feet by 3 feet. The whole bathroom width is about 3 feet wide. There is no lift, the stair case is narrow and steps are incremental higher. I felt like having a cardio work out by the time reaching 3rd floor with a carry on suitcase. Internet did not work, A/C did not work, contacted staff via What's app. Ended with sharing next room's net/ "We will have someone look at the A/C tomorrow". We opened the window and fixed the A/C i

The customer service was brilliant. No fault with the room at all, very clean and comfortable with many little things added in.

It was in a quiet neighborhood and staff are very nice. They don’t have lifts so I recommend requesting lower floor if you have heavy luggages. Overall I enjoyed this place with eclectic vibe. They also have chargers, plenty of outlets, Polaroid camera, yoga Matt and yummy snacks.
