The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent including the vegetarian cooked option

Fantastic accommodation, spotlessly clean, nice welcome when i arrived. No traffic noise. Fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Ideal single room with ensuite ,desk and TV - clean and tidy, warm and comfortable bed - perfect, just what I needed for the one night. Was greeted on arrival and also when i left. One minor downside the blinds arent black out ones unless I didnt see a curtain I could pull across.

Got there early but was still allowed to check in and go to my room. The guest house was close to the sea and was easy to find. The parking was fine although you pay for the day and night extra. It was easy to find parking place. In fact i found one right outside the house on every day. Room was great.very clean.in pristine decorative condition and quite. Breakfast was very good. Even for someone of my size. Overall i would definitely recommend this house to all my friends and will definitely be staying again.

A great stay for a couple nights whilst at a workshop. The food was fantastic and the hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I could not praise the staff here more, despite my room not being available till lunch that day, they were more than happy for me to come down earlier to pick up my room key and drop off my bags before a day at university. Not only were the staff welcoming and the hospitality warm and comforting, the staff often went above and beyond to help, and were happy to engage in conversation. Breakfast the following day was cooked on request and had that home feel most B&B's lack. Overall, could not have enjoyed my experience more and will likely use this guest house in the future.

This guest house is beautiful, it’s clean, tidy, facilities are perfect and the beds are amazing I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, wanted to stay longer just for the beds. Each morning there is plenty of options for breakfast including a traditional breakfast. The owners are wonderful, caring, helpful and their attention to detail is magnificent making sure everything has been thought of for their guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A very friendly welcome when we arrived. The property is in a quiet street within easy walk of the Hoe, Barbican and the city centre. Parking can be difficult, but there were spaces when we arrived. Instructions are sent by the owner after booking, but it basically involves a pass for some free parking and paying for the rest. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. There is a shower in the ensuite, but as this is only protected by a shower curtain, the floor got quite wet, even beyond the curtain. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed, and the description had the phrase 'separate bedroom'. This made me think that the single bed was separate, but it was in the main room. Not an issue for the two of us, but worth bearing in mind if there are three of you, Breakfast was good, with a choice of cereals, toast, juice and cooked breakfast. However, it was let down by a lack of pastries and a low quality sausage. Overall, we enjoyed our great value stay and would come again if in the area.

The lady who runs this was very accommodating as I had made a mistake on the booking due to some cognitive problems. I also arrived late and arrangements were made for access to hitch was appreciated. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. A very nice host.
