Room was compact but has sufficient storage space for suitcases, clothes, shopping. Excellent shower facilities. Excellent location - very near to Hyde Park, Queensway tube Station & bus station, restaurants, supermarkets & mouth watering bakery. Will definitely book this hotel for my next visit to London.

Beautiful renovations! I stayed in the single bed room and it was so perfect and clean, I loved it! The light fixture above the bed makes the room so cozy! The only complaint I have is that the bathroom floods anytime I took a shower so extra towels were needed. Other than that it was lovely!

This place was currently under renovation which it really needed. Hopefully the result will be better. But I can only judge on how it was for me. The bathroom was full of mould and the room was dusty and very tatty. Given the hallways and outside the windows were building sites with all of noise and dust that comes with that, this place should have been a lot cheaper. The room was a reasonable size. I was on a mezzanine which wasn’t accessible by lift. It is a good Location close to Hyde Park with good transport links and near a range of good restaurants.

I had a lovely and comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and had a warm, homely feel. The bathroom was especially beautiful and spotless, and I really appreciated the addition of the coffee machine—it was a nice touch. All the staff were absolutely lovely and made the experience feel welcoming. However, the biggest downside was the noise. Unfortunately, the walls seemed quite thin, and I could hear guests in the rooms on either side as well as people talking just outside my door. One night, a child was crying and screaming from around 3am to 6am, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was quite cheap for London prices which drew us to it. It was clean when we arrived, staff were super super lovely! (Can’t express that enough). We had a newly renovated room which was clean and comfortable. The only thing which wasn’t good was the smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, I’m not sure if that was because the hotel is under construction. Our first night also we did hear a woman screaming down our corridor at 1am. We woke up quite distressed and tried contacting the front desk however they didn’t answer after we called 4 times. We did have a child with us so we didn’t feel comfortable exiting the room. We told the front desk this the morning after and they assured us they were dealt with (it was a couple arguing). However apart from that, the stay was quite nice. We were worried after reading some reviews online, but goes to show can’t believe everything because it was a lovely stay for a couple of nights on a cheap budget! 🏙️

Our stay was not very good first room we were sent to was in the basmasment and seemed really run down, it smelt horrible and we even had mold all over the walls with no window for ventilation was terrible, we then requested a new room which we were able to get which was better but still not great due to really loud people next door and one of beds that were pushed together was broken. Overall it felt unsafe and the rooms were terrible

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel reception lovely and modern but hotel corridors and rooms a little dated. Bathroom was very small. I’m a petite woman and the bathroom was very small even for me. When we arrived we were given one room that was far too hot and uncomfortable so requested a change and the reception staff changed this immediately. Overall a pleasant stay and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, especially in the newly renovated section. Our room was spotless, with charming window seats perfect for relaxing, and the air conditioning was wonderfully refreshing. The only downsides were some noise disturbances — a large group on our floor seemed to be moving between rooms late into the night and throughout the day, often propping doors open with the deadbolt, which created a loud bang each time. Also, the toilet area in the bathroom felt a bit cramped in terms of positioning. Overall, the hotel itself was fantastic, and with just a little improvement on noise control, it would be an exceptional stay.

Our room didn’t include AC because the room was a standard room. It had only one fan and the outlets were not working. I asked to be upgraded to another room they said that didn’t have any available rooms. We have stayed in this hotel before and were very happy to be there but this time was not what I was expecting.

An excellent hotel for solo travelers. Comfortable bed and pillows, modern room and bathroom, climate control, and convenient Nespresso machine along with a kettle and fridge. Coffee and tea with sugar and milk is provided in your room and is restocked daily. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. Located near the Central line and Circle/District Lines with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And just across the street is Kensington Gardens. I would stay here again for future trips to London!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and usually it has been fine, reasonable value for money. This time I was given room 120 which is awful. The shower drain is blocked so the bathroom floor flooded. The TV does not work. There is no temperature control, so the room is uncomfortably hot currently. A fan has been provided in an effort to offset the heat. The room is smelly and the mattress is very uncomfortable. Overall not a good experience.

The hotel is being remodeled. We were assigned to a older room which was in serious need of remodeling. It was very small. e.g. the bathroom door would not fully open because there was only 2 ft between the bath tub and the door. Also had plumbing problems and no air conditioning. We eventually occupied a new room and it was acceptable. With the exception of one person the staff was not friendly and did not seem to be comfortable in their jobs. We had to store a lot of luggage several times on a lower floor. The staff never offered to help with that. This was unlike any hotel or other staff we dealt with in Eng, Scotland, N Ireland, or Ireland
