Stayed here a few times before having early flights from Manchester. Excellent hotel, food in the restaurant top class and the ease of booking transport to tr terminal excellent. So much better than getting a taxi at silly o'clock in the morning. This way get an extra hour or so in bed so totally refreshed for the flights.

Arrived from our flight at 9:30pm. Told restaurants closed at 10pm. Made it to the restaurant at 9:50pm to be told we would have to hurry up and choose what we wanted because the kitchen closes in 5 minutes. Then it took 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Not the professional way of greeting paying customers, when you are an airport hotel with people arriving 24 hours a day.
Despite the unprofessional restaurant greeting, the food was delicious.
Also Daniel who checked us in the hotel was very friendly, personable and helpful.

It was fair. Really hard to find the hotel as i arrived buy bus and asked several people for information and nobody could help me to not know where it was located. No signs to make it easier. Took me almost 1h to find it.

No one answering the phones so we couldn't get in touch with hotel for the shuttle bus. We were going from one terminal to another. In the end we had to get a taxi for £12. Which only took 5mins. You need someone answering the phone we were shattered when we managed to get to your hotel. Never again. Thank you.

This was a comfortable hotel in walking distance to the airport terminals 1 & 3. A shuttle for a mini
Al coat runs between the hotel and terminal 2. The service was very good and it was great to have a drink and light meal in the bar. Overall a good stay.
