The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! The room was great, and very nice/clean for the price. Exceeded our expectations! They had everything perfectly set up for 4 people, the trundle bed was even already made. Also, a perfect location for getting to the airport early the next morning. Overall a wonderful experience.

There were cobwebs in the corner of our room and there was a damp smell. Apart from that ok.What you would expect from a budget hotel.
We DID NOT expect to pay for parking. Apparently it was introduced earlier this year, £5 per night

The only reason for my low score is the was bed had springs sticking out and my husband and I had a terrible nights sleep, but we couldn’t fault the staff.

Overnight stay before leaving from Stanstead airport. A little tatty but served its purpose well. Located in the motorway service station so busy but easy access. Would use them again.

I was charged £5 as parking fee when checkin. This extra charge was not mentioned when making reservation via hotels.com! The front desk lady was rude and just impatiently asked me to pay instead of explaining the details to me

The hotel was exactly as we expected, but the service was better. The receptionist could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious and had everything you'd expect from a 3 star place. It did need a little touch of paint to spruce it up a bit, but it was nice and clean and comfortable. It was easily reached by bus from Stanstead airport. There is a welcome break station next to it, so has whatever you need. It also has a partnership with the Ramada bext door for breakfast and dinner- which were both really good. In fact, better ghan we expected. Great stay for us.
