Motorway services hotel, but actually tucked away in its own leafy green corner, our room was quiet with uninterrupted views of green fields, It’s a tired building, but the staff couldn’t do enough for you, the room was clean, and epic value for money

Its an ideal hotel, for the price. Off the motorway, clean, warm and fairly cozy. And you simply cant beat the price, especially near Bristol where other hotels will charge you arm and a leg to stay in a shed. Nothing to complain about

This hotel accommodation is 'tired' and needing refurbishment! It is basic to say the least. Net curtains in the room which were too long for the window and which hung on an expanding rail! Emulsioned walls in a rather drab green and basic desk/work surfaces. Brown water came out of the hot tap on initially turning it on which was disconcerting. Finally we had to a parking fee on registratiing at the hotel to park in their car park!!! No prior warning was given.

For £40, we can't compain. But be aware you are charged £5 car parking on arrival if you book on expedia. There were used contact lenses on the floor of the room. The walls were peeling.

Welcome was excellent.
Only negative was advertised as free parking and when I got there was told I had to pay £5 parking. 'It's new, they've just brought it in'.
So was disappointed with that. Should have challenged it but was too tired, so just paid. Still being advertised as free!
