Lovely hotel situated in the renovated wharf district. Friendly and efficient staff on reception.

Check in very slow with one staff member seemingly chatting and one other dealing with the queue.
Room and bed were good.
Shower was disappointing and underpowered. The water temperature also kept fluctuating.
Buffet breakfast was excellent.
All in all a mixed bag.

Front desk staff upon check in and check out were fab! They let us check in earlier and keep the car for a bit after check out! We got a lovely little upgrade as well to a nice canal view.
The hotel is lush and in an excellent location. The room was great too

Liked the large comfortable room, being so high up on 10th floor, close to city centre, and the 24hr gym.
The roof garden was so cool, and our favourite was the selection for breakfast.
Loved the choices, and waiters so friendly - they heated oat milk for me.
The little touches like warm biscuits on arrival made it special.
I wasn't too happy about the shower though - the water would just run all over the floor as there was no shower barrier (asian style lol)

Very nice room clean and spacious. The breakfast was also good with lots of choice and constant refills on the buffet. One issue we had was with the lifts, only two were working which meant there was a queue to use the lifts. Overall a modern well designed hotel good for couples and families with free cookies 🙂
